Easy had my time to look salesman was not pushy I got a great deal deal my sales man took his time to show me a few cars and knew the answers to my questions. Recommend Hertz Car Sales

Terrible - Don't waste your time!

I have basically begged 4 different people at this dealership to take my money for 72 straight hours. No one will even reply to me. The one person I talked to said they would get pictures to me 30 hours ago! I am done. The disrespect from this dealership is ridiculous. Don't waste your time. Absolutely horrid customer service.

Good Experience

I looked at cars online picked one and came in. They let me test drive it right away. There was no pressure to buy the car or the warranty plans they offered. Everything was explained to me very well and I like that they have a limited return policy. I would definitely come back here for another car purchase.

Terrible Customer Service and Buying Process

I went in to buy a car yesterday and found the car that i loved which i was helped but when i wanted to buy was told that they did not deal with my credit unit because they required drafting instructions and they only paid electronically (was told this). I called my credit union and they stated that they required receipt of the title in drafting instructions and that they would cut a check to the dealer. i called the hertz and talked to Christian and he said he would call the credit union to see their requirements and would call me back. well he never called me back and when i called back talked to Andre and told him the situation and loudly stated they DID NOT DO DRAFTING INSTRUCTIONS and repeated this several times. The customer service is bad and they make the buying process hard which is not in their favor because i was going to see if i could finance through Hertz and then get my credit union to buy the loan from them but nevermind after the call with Andre. I will definately not be renting nor buying from Hertz ever again.

These people could care less...

KATY SALES LOCATION: Went in to test drive & hopefully buy one of the 4 advertised vehicles that were posted on website and called first to confirm before driving across town. Christian confirmed car availability and pricing. We showed up and none of the vehicles were actually 'processed,' but he showed us a similar vehicle. We took a test drive and returned to...nothing. He was nowhere...no explanation, no warning..no instructions for us. Other sales people were eating at their desk, staring into space and just looked at us sitting at an empty desk. Finally, another sales guy appeared who said Christian was not there or in the back or something vague and asked if we liked the car. We said yes, asked about paint damage and he just kinda shrugged it off and asked if we wanted to look at another car. Then he dismissed himself, without explanation, to move that car we had test driven back into proper space & then stopped to greet other incoming customers outside leaving my son & I sitting at an empty desk again. I'm talking about a long period of time. He finally came over to us (standing..body language dismissing us) and said 'they' would call when the car we came to see was ready but he didn't ask for contact info. I asked how we could be contacted if no one asked for my phone or email. He wrote down my number on a torn piece of scrap paper with no name & tossed it into the top drawer of Christian's desk. We left completely dumbfounded at our experience and felt totally discriminated against. We got into our car, started the A/C & looked up through the glass windows to see our MIA salesman sitting down at his desk, miraculously having reappeared as soon as we left. This location's disinterested, dismissive & discriminating attitude is shameful. SEE FOLLOW UP REVIEW FOR THEIR GULF FREEWAY/HOUSTON SOUTH LOCATION

Katy location salesmen could care less

Bad Service

They have good prices. They did not properly prep the vehicle, wanted me to bring it back at a later date. They did not fill it up with gas. They do not return emails after you purchase a vehicle. The paperwork took several hours, had to sit in a backroom with no windows in the meantime.

Looking for better deal on a nNissan Rogue.

Mr. Abdel took care of us with dignity. No pressure like other car dealers I have been. He understood my concerns. Provided me with all information I request. Best of all prices were low compared to other car dealers.!

Spare key fob

When negotiating purchase of a vehicle, be sure to require spare key fob. No mention of missing key fob during purchase process, and the replacement is expensive.

Bad service.

Went there and looked at a car. Told them i want the car and they send documents to my credit union and got the loan approve and i got the insurance done. But at the end of the day, they came to me saying the car was sold to someone else. Will never go to this place again.
