Called on a suburban they had listed, spoke with 3 employees within 2 hours of them being open today and they said they would get an out the door price to me. Then I received a text saying the suburban was purchased this morning by someone in the store. Not one of the 3 employees said a word to me about someone there looking at it. Never received the price. Just an aweful experience, terrible service and treatment by Alfredo

Horrible dealer …almost bought an Acura TL from them and they assured me that it was completely up to date with maintenance, I later take it to a mechanic to find out they haven’t don’t anything to the car ….don’t trust this dealership , don’t trust Rene Diaz

Prior to purchasing a 2019 vehicle from Super Autos Miami, their salesman informed me that the car needed a new battery.. I was reassured that if I purchased the car, they would purchase a new battery and have it installed. I believed him and inquired about the battery when I put down a deposit. Again I was reassured that they would take care of it before I picked it up. On the day of the sale, I asked if they had replaced the battery and I was told "yes". A few months after driving the car, I was unable to unlock the car. I needed to purchase a new battery, because I now understood that the battery in the car was the original battery/ So Super Auto lied to me three separate times when they referred to replacing the original battery.

Al segundo dia de haber comprado el carro me di cuenta que las luces altas no funcionaban y que le sonaban las rolineras o las gomas delanteras, lo llevé al concesionario por su supuesta garantía y me dicen que no, que eso lo debo hacer directamente por la Hiunday, que ellos ya no se hacen responsables, en la Hiunday, 450$ la reparación. Muchs sonrisa y mucha amabilidad, pero a la hora de responder por la garantia un completo desastre, ni se les ocurra ira a este dealer, hay muchisimos mas y muchisimo mejores.

Se los recomiendo mucho la atencion muy buena execelente no me acuerdo de el nombre de la persona pero fue una muchacha de pelo negro liso ojos azules me atendio muy bien buena atencion y el carro esta super genial se los recomiendo mucho

“Love My Car” I phoned the dealership to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was still there. They informed me that is was still available. The car had the best price for the same model being sold in over 300 that I saw on the internet. All of the the other cars in the model I wanted did not have a clean car fax record in this price range except for this one at Super Autos. Super Autos Miami staff was very friendly with suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy. Mariangela went above and beyond to make sure we were most comfortable, we felt like family by the end of the whole process. Rene D. also went above and beyond to make sure we got the finance that worked for us. Super Autos Miami is a smaller dealership with a family like experience. Have patience and be realistic with how your credit is and you will have a great experience. I love my car.

Este lugar no se lo recomendamos a nadie, usualmente no escribo sobre los lugares pero este lugar me pareció increíble. Compramos un carro con bajo millaje y de un año de antigüedad, el carro solo fue manejado 3 meses, distancias cortas y le empezaron ruidos. Llame al dealer y el dealer NO se hizo responsable y nos tocó pagar un arreglo de más de 1,000 dólares con solo 3 meses con el carro. Cuando vas a hacer la compra todo el personal es muy amable, te insisten que dejes un buen review en la pagina, luego tu eres el que termina comunicándose con el banco y terminando el papeleo porque ellos no le envían los documentos adecuados, la placa se demora más de lo usual y la registration no te la dan para que la tengas en el carro pero lo peor de todo es que los carros no son de buena calidad.

Me atendió la vendedora Mariangel Perozo en forma excelente, recibí una gran atención y trato. He de agregar que solo fui a ver lo que me ofrecía y salí negociando ese mismo dia el carro debido a las ventajas de hacer el negocio con ese dealer.
