Hello Justice, You didn't mention on your review that the vehicle was repossessed because you and your spouse gave false information on your credit application. We explained it to you. Lying on a car loan application is fraud. We also find your review to be inaccurate. All of our staff was always courteous to you, and none of this would have happened if you had simply given the correct information on the credit application from the beginning. We are very sorry for all the inconveniences, our main goal is to offer great vehicles with an excellent car-buying experience. Great Service
I'm super happy with the car I bought! I bought a BMW 328i and was super impressed with not only the price of the vehicle which I found online but also the quality of the vehicle. The car was in practically "perfect" condition both on the inside and outside. You could tell that the previous owner took really good care of the car. It was very clean and very well kept. It literally felt like I was getting into a new car! I even took my mechanic the first day I went to see the car. He inspected the motor of the car and everything else. He really couldn't find anything wrong with the car and told me I would be getting a really good deal if I bought the car. So I'm very glad that I did! It then took me a few days to get the right financing for the car but everything for the most part went very smoothly from beginning to end. I would lastly say that the employees were very pleasant and friendly to do business with. Tony Tejera was great and I enjoyed my time conversing with him as we did the financing paperwork together. Also, the administrative assistant Nicole was very kind and helpful in getting me the documents that I needed to get the financing approved by the lender and also the other paperwork needed. She was great! I would have to say in general that all the employees there were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend SuperAutos Miami to anyone looking to buy a great quality car at a great price with excellent customer service and staff. Thank you SuperAutos Miami!

2004 Cadillac SRX
Hi Everyone I just purchased a 2004 Cadillac SRX from Super Auto's Miami. I flew in from St Louis Mo to purchase this car. Tony and Angela were terrific. They represented the car perfectly it was a real cream puff,I was not disappointed. I will defiantly purchase my next car from them. they took there time with me and answered every question I had. Drove the car around the Miami area for a week, then drove it back to St Louis MO with no issues car continues to make me proud a real head turner. Thank You Tony and Angela.

Totally loved buying my car here!! From the beginning, the service I received in this dealer was 5-stars, no pressure, no hassle, everything on the vehiclr I was looking for matched with the advertised info. They have a really friendly enviroment and you can tell that they want to give you the best advice. I waited two months to write this review to see if everything would meet my expectations, and it did! After more than two months I am totally in love with my car, it has not given me any problems, and I am very happy with the monthly payments I got. They have helped me with all the questions I've had. Totally awesome! I would definitely recommend this dealer to any friend or family, my complete experience was superb! Lacks customer service
I bought a nice, used BMW that seemed to have problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. I to drive 120 miles round trip about 10 times to try and get the same issue fixed. I was told that a mechanic was paid $2000 to fix my car, so why am I having the same issues time after time? Better yet, why is a CERTIFIED BMW mechanic telling me what is wrong with my car after it is "fixed" by Super Auto's mechanic? I have tried several times to get these issues fixed while on warranty by Super Auto's mechanic who either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't do anything at all. I have pleaded with the people at the dealership to either see to it that their "mechanic" fixes my car properly or I will pay my mechanic and they can reimburse me. I was then told that I have driven the car 3000 miles hence voiding my warranty. More than half of the mileage came from driving back and forth to this dealer to get my car fixed! Now, my car won't even start and one returns my calls. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. I guess there is only one thing left for me to do in order to get a fair and just outcome.

Please understand that the repair shop that took care of your car is a third-party business, he is not our mechanic nor our repair shop. Our warranties are valid in almost any repair shop in the US, and our customers are free to choose where they want to fix their car. You bought a 2005 vehicle with almost 100,000 miles. We did pay more than $2,000 in repairs to your vehicle after you bought it from us, and most of those repairs were not covered by the warranty, but we wanted you to be satisfied. The mechanic explained to us that the last time he checked your car, he diagnosed that the car was being driven too hard, and that was the main reason why the car was still showing problems. Your driving habits affect your vehicle's performance and life, and a 2005 vehicle with almost 100,000 miles is not the same as a new vehicle. We are not responsible for problems caused by inadequate driving habits. The warranty document that you signed states it clearly. When you bought this vehicle from us, we received from you your previous vehicle as a trade, and we received it at a price much higher than the average market price. You explained to us that it was in very good condition, but water was leaking into its engine, a major problem, and the clutch was completely damaged, we had to replace it. We have also paid almost $2.000 in repairs to your trade, and we are not going to be able to recover those expenses because we bought the car from you at a very high price in order to give you a good deal and for you to be satisfied. We have answered and returned all of your calls, we gave you for your trade much more than the average market price even though it was in a very rough condition, we have paid for repairs on your new vehicle that were not covered under the warranty, and we even have filled up your vehicle's gas tank the times that you brought it to us. We've done a lot more than any other pre-owned vehicle dealership would have done, and also much more than what we were obliged to, but please understand, we can't be responsible for problems caused by inadequate driving habits. Also, the last time we spoke you, during the week starting on March 3rd 2014, you did let us know that your vehicle was working fine. Excellent choice
This has been my best experience in buying a new or used car. The attentiom of Mr Rene Diaz was superb and always responded all my questions without pressuring to sell any car. Originally I was interested in purchasing a particular car but this was sold within the next days so I then checked other options but always felt that in other places in particular those big dealers the attention was limited specially if you needed to ser other options. I will definitely come back to this dealer and recomend to my friends Alex and Angie were also very friendly and helpfull in the entire process.

I was surprised by how easy they made the buying process. I got a 2008 Honda Civic for a lower price than advertised and they were willing to work with me on a payment plan which I ended up not needing to use since they dropped the price. Great service, fair price, and no hassle. Nuf said. I would call ahead to see if they have the car you're looking for since they tend to sell cars frequently.
