    Our sales rep is Mitch. He is ALWAYS beyond awesome. He is not only professional, he is caring, kind, helpful and VERY good at following up and keeping... in touch with everything going on with the car. He even checks back with us to make sure how things are going with the car after we’ve had service. I’ve had several “emergency” warming lights come on and he immediately takes care of me each time with no hesitation. You can tell he cares about me as a person and not just a customer he’s trying to make extra money from as a customer. It is such a comfort to know if I have a car issue, he handles everything, every time with the utmost expediency, ccare and ALWAYS with a smile and a warm, caring personality. I recommend anyone I know that may be considering a new car to come to Mini in Naperville and See Mitch. Thank you for providing people of excellence of character, integrity and heart in your car dealership and service. Everyone else I always deal with at Mini Naperville is also extremely professional, kind, caring and helpful.

    I brought my 2013 Mini in for service after it had been damaged from driving in a construction zone. I had two bent wheels, a blown out strut, damaged... wheel well liners, on top of needing transmission service and a new thermostat. Mitch was my service adviser from the start and I had nothing but problems with my insurance company while trying to get my car taken care of. He did everything in his power to try and fight my insurance so I had less to worry about. Other than that, he had my car parts ordered and installed within 36 hours of getting the go-ahead from the insurance. Mitch has been the most helpful and thorough service adviser I have worked with, to date. I'll be sure to take it back to him when I need any work done on my car.

    I love this dealership as much as one can love a car dealership but the reason I keep coming back is due to the customer service I get from Mitch Shefveland... in the service department. I have been coming here since 2009 and my service since Mitch came on board has been over the top! Professionals and attentive to the car and communication about what is happening is over the top as well as the results. He always treats me and my car as if we are family. Thanks for going the extra mile each visit. Its so refreshing! I wish i could give you 100 stars!!

    I have purchased several cars through Bill Jacobs. And the buying process has always been hassle free and fair. I have also had my car serviced consistently... in their service center. The past few years my service rep has been Mitch Shefveland. Mitch is great! Besides being knowledgeable about my Mini and it’s service, he’s always on time with my appointment, keeps me updated while my car is being serviced and provides great customer service overall which these days regardless of industry is lacking. I’ll continue to have my car serviced at Mini because of Mitch. Totally recommend!

    First of all, I would like to say thank you to Aldo Huerta for showing us such wonderful customer service. He seemed very confident with every detail about... all questions we asked. He was very professional, polite and treated us like people, not dollar signs. I like that I can come into the dealership and know that there are employees, sales people, that actually care about What we want, and are interested ,along with the questions that We may have. It can be frustrating trying to find the right car but with the right person, with the right attitude, like Aldo Huerta, I would definitely buy all my cars here, and refer all my friends and family. Thanks!!
