Mitch delivers consistently professional and great service. He is personable, clear, listens carefully, and extremely welcoming and provides a stress-free visit. He somehow remembers us even though we come in once a year. Its so nice to find the same service specialist here each time I come in. The phone staff was also professional and pleasant snd helpful when scheduling my appt. The waiting area is clean and thx for the desks to work on.

My Mini is great but the dealership and people that work here are fantastic! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and the wonderful experience of meeting with Mitch Shefveland from service. I’m waiting for the completion of my car, thanks for the 2nd cup of coffee.

Love going to the dealer Mitch is up front and honest about repairs and what should be addressed Rt away. Timing of work by tech is always A1 service.

I have used dealership since car purchase. Mich has been my service advisor and was a done a wonderful job keeping the car running well. I have had no problems.
