It was easy and got everything done in one place. Pretty standard overall for routine service for my vehicle. I wish they didn't charge to update the sync feature of the car

Crooks
These people are crooks. My car wouldn't start so I took it in for one of their $150 diagnosis. They told me my PCM was bad and needed over $1100 To repair it! I asked them to show me how they got to that conclusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. They simply expected me to fork over the cash without any proof. Car is running like a champ after simply replacing a $25 sensor. Never taking my car there again! Stay away

Top notch!!
In my experience, buying a new vehicle can be a long and grueling experience. The staff at Future took time to listen to our needs, concerns and questions. They were very thorough while explaining the features of the vehicle and the paperwork we had to sign. I didn't feel rushed, pressured or obligated by the sales staff at all. Everyone was extremely nice and professional and when we left, I felt like more than just another sale. Tony Verret is a true asset to your team. He really made us feel comfortable about the decision we were making. Chris and Marcus were also amazing and helped us understand the financial breakdown easier than from any other vehicle we have purchased in the past. We will definitely be back.

I had an appointment and was taken in on time. I waited for my car and it only took an hour. Biggest surprise, my car was wadhed! Didn't expect that.
