The service writer was able to get me early and the service was done quickly. Also the waiting area was very pleasant.

Oscar took a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured. Walter was very nice as well.

Super service

The service reps are always accommodating in answering your questions wether they or not assigned as your CSR. They do a follow up after your maintenance has been done and want to assure if they can assist you in any other issues you'd forgotten to ask.

Extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable. Loved it!

The sales people I dealt with with extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We've taken our business to Future Ford for many years. After my husband passed away, I felt extremly nervous that as a woman I would be taken advantage of. Nothing was further from the truth. Patrick was friendly and personable.

Good service

It was easy and got everything done in one place. Pretty standard overall for routine service for my vehicle. I wish they didn't charge to update the sync feature of the car
