I had just lost my husband and didn't have much credit on my own. The entire staff went to work to make my dream car a reality. They went over and beyond for me and I will never forget the many kindnesses they did for me. If you are looking for a new or used car you should go see them, you won't regret it! Jorge Garcia was so kind and cared about me as a person, when we were getting ready to go for a test drive he asked me before we started to tell him about myself. I started giving him about my trade in and he stopped me and said "no I want to know about you, I want to know about you as a person ". So I explained that I lost my husband 2 months ago and needed to get a safe comfortable car that is easy for me to get in and out of due to being disabled.

Melissa was very courteous this was the only time that i enjoyed buying a car. Melissa and Brian were very nice and explained everything to us. They were not pushy or rude like a lot of other places I've delt with, I'm 53 yrs old and have bought a few cars I use to dread going to get a car, this was my best experience ever buying a car. Melissa and Brian made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend you guys to people.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Hedricks and have referred friends to them, who also made a purchase. We are happy with their customer service, large inventory and the willingness to take time with the customer and make sure they are happy with the outcome. We will most likely do business with them in the future for our next vehicle.

I picked up my new Chevy Spark EV yesterday morning. Could not have been happier with the service and ease of the buying process. Melissa and Damon were extremely helpful and informative as I purchased my first electric vehicle. When I started searching for a truck for my husband I knew it was going to take some time to get the perfect truck for the perfect price. We dealt with dealerships from LA to San Francisco. I spoke to many salesmen and to make a long story short; Melissa at Hedrick's was patient and courteous while other salesman, at other dealerships, were pushy and rude. I have 2 small children so going into a dealership for hours upon hours wasn't an option. We knew what we wanted and Melissa found it and for the best deal. I went down there to sign for it and was in and out of Finance in about 4 min. On top of that, I was supprising my husband with the Truck and Jorge went above and beyond to stay after hours to follow me home in the truck so that it would be in the driveway when my husband got home. The whole office was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Hedrick's.

The customer service was excellent from the sales associate. It was a little frustrating how long it took due to there only being one manager on duty to approve prices and such, but everyone was very friendly during our wait.

My salesman, Roy, was very attentive and worked very hard to make sure I got the car I wanted.
