good service

its always nice to go to henricks everyone are always so nice and they take good care of my cars. I have two cruzs a 2012 and a 2013. keep up the good work!

Still good service overall

Every single time I've taken my cruze in, someone either for get's to call me to let me know any update on my car and/or I end up having to take it back in after I get it back. This last time, both happened. I took my car in for an oil change and 4 hours later I still got no call. I had to call the service center but was forwarded to the voicemail of my advisor because apparently "she's the only one who would know anything about my car being ready or not." Another 2 hours pass before I get a call back saying they needed to keep my car over night to fix something. I appreciate them finding a problem and fixing it but I just needed to be informed much sooner so I could have made plans to have another ride throughout my day. After getting my car back, I had to take it back after the weekend passed to have them fix my tire pressure monitor. This is also the second time this has happened to me. I love hendricks and all the people who work there are very kind, but I'm starting to notice reoccurring inconveniences.

Great service

Prompt and friendly service. Customer lounge well maintained, had water and coffee. Offered shuttle. Much better than competing Chev dealer. They go above and beyond to suit customer needs.

Great service department

Took it in for an routine oil change. They found a rather severe gas leak. Lucky for me it was covered under my extended warranty which also covered a rental car. So glad they found that leak before something bad happened.

Great service!

The sales associate, Doc, listened to what we were looking for and found us a vehicle that matched our requirements in no time at all. When our Tahoe arrived he sat with us and walked us through the instrument panel, etc. We love our new vehicle.

Service

You were unable to balance my tires, but I can wait until the next oil change. Probably just as good if I wait.Just so you know, my cell phone screen would not move over to Excellent on the first question's answer, but was far enough over to select Excellent on Question #2.It moved for me to type this narrative.Q#1 7 was the highest #. I thought it might go higher but could not move screen over to right further.

Friendly/Family, Great Service

The service staff, Leanna I believe, was friendly and excellent. It was cheaper then Walmart. The waiting room was pleasant, I took a nap. Scheduling was easy. I was in the next day.

Great Service

I've bought a few cars from Brian Foote, including his sales mgr Brian. I always ask for Brian he provides excellent customer service. Both Brian's really took care of me in my last lease of a 2014 Malibu. Love the car. I feel like I have a friend there at Hedrick's.

You did not clean off the oil spilled on the Chassis (or frame) during the change, as a result there was oil dripping on my garage floor the next morning which caused me to inspect the filter to make sure it was tighten enough. It was but the spillage was not cleaned properly. The rest of my experience was first class. Thanks
