Excellent service on short notice
Called the service department on Friday evening since driver's side window would not go back up. Service advisor scheduled me for an appointment first thing Sat. morning. Technician diagnosed the faulty regulator motor and you obtained the part for my 96 Town Car and completed the maintenance by noon. I will continue to use Ourisman for my 96 Town Car and 2011 F450.

As stated above, the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The major problem I have is with the voice activated system. It does not understand my voice. System design issue.

Oil Change/ Recall Repairs/ VA inspection
I really liked the free coffee/tea in the waiting area. I was able to work at one of the cubicles provided. The service rep was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions effectively and efficiently.

Great Customer Service
I came in without an appointment and was taken care of immediately. My oil needed changing and my tire light was on. I believe it was Jim (started with a J) helped me. I have always had a good experience there and I never used to take my prior cars to the dealership. Now I will always take my car to the dealership.

Great experience at Ourisman
Don Gardner was outstanding. His knowledge of Ford products as astonishing. He was able to answer every question I had immediately. There was no referencing the owner's manual or looking, or having to ask another sales rep. Don was able to answer all of my questions immediately. He also did an incredible job synching my phone to the car. He walked me through everything and did an excellent job of explaining the system to me. I would recommend Don and the entire Ourisman staff to any friend or family.
