Just moved to CA from MD.
Just moved to CA from MD. Worst Subaru experience ever. 6 hours waiting to glue a shield back onto the ambient air sensor. Tried to charge me $570.00!!! It's $190.00 just to pull into the place for them to take a look. Another $190.00 for the glue. And the audacity to try me for another $190.00 to take a look at a different issue. All of this after I told them the error code was P0072...ambient air sensor. Will never go back to this place. Service advisor, Christian, was useless. Had an 8:30 am appt. At 11am, had to ask him for a status update. Oh, the problem is the ambient ..something...I finished his sentence. They're at lunch now though.... ok. 2pm. Nothing from advisor. Went up and asked another for a status update. Comes back with my paperwork... I guess my 6 hours there were on their time, hence the $570.00.....Stay clear of this place.

I saw an Outback listed on the site and requested if vehicle was available. Jose responded, noting vehicle was available. I told him I wanted it and he held it until I could get there from Bakersfield. Everyone at dealership were great. Took just over 1 1/2 hours to complete process of buying vehicle.

Went in on a car i saw online to find out it wasn't ready and at body shop due to damage. Saw it was low miles and clean inside and per what I was told was going to get completely repainted and redone so I bought it. After 2.5 weeks of no communication from the dealer I finally spoke to their GM and my car was ready within 2 days only to have arrived and found car with overspray inside and out and broken bumper clips and a crappy dent repair job that looked like the neighborhood kids tried to fix it! There are other dealers with cleaner cars that's worth investing in

New remodeled dealership looks great. Jason went above and beyond to get us into a car that fit our families needs, of course that car wasn't available but he was able to reserve us one with no hassle. We will definitely be back for future cars and ask for Jason!

If you are looking for a car there is no better straight
If you are looking for a car there is no better straight up guy that knows about the product than Victor Bravo. He is a no pressure sales person that would love to talk Subaru. He make you feel like you need to be the best part of the Subaru family. Even when looking for the specific Impreza and knew you could not deliver at the time of my purchase he still answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was important not like he had other things to do. See Bravo if you need a good quality car.

Wonderful dealership experience! Kyle McIntosh was personable and helpful through our whole car buying experience. Knowledge and understanding of the platform goes a long way, but listening to your customer and helping them get what they want is hard to find. Kyle makes you feel right at home in your new car. Drive 60 miles for false advertising, is not fair you want to buy something is not existing. Close business for ever. We have to many places to go and pick the wrong one
