Passport Nissan was very professional and knowledgeable.

Passport Nissan was very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff was friendly from the sales person to the managers to the finance person and they got us the exact car we were looking for at a good price. I would recommend Passport Nissan to my friends and family.

Disappointing

The sales team was lacking transparency when negotiating the cost of the vehicle that I inquired about. They discounted the vehicle and then try added additional charges back in to the final selling price. I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere as this dealership was difficult to get straight answers from.

This is regarding Miguel, Anmar, and Edgar!

This is regarding Miguel, Anmar, and Edgar!! I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue December 2022. I worked with Anmar and Miguel and they were both very professional, patient, and attentive. They were also very quick to respond when communicating with them by text and they made my car buying experience less stressful. After I made my purchase, Miguel went as far as to sit in the car with me and gave me a quick and informative tutorial on everything about the car regarding the functionality of each button, which was more than helpful and of course made things even less stressful. Miguel went far and beyond his call of duty as a salesman to provide information about my car without me even asking him, he was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge by providing important information that he knew would be helpful for me to know about the car that I just purchased. I was very impressed and pleased with Miguel's service! I was very impressed with the professionalism of both Anmar and Miguel. Go see Anmar and Miguel they will help make your car buying experience a little easier and less stressful. Also, Edgar, the Finance guy, is wonderful and funny too, he has a good sense of humor! Walter is a very kind, professional, and customer-oriented employee in that department he always answers my questions and concerns. his outstanding service makes me come back always to service my cars there. Thank you, Walter, for your the best. Sami .. I can not tell you how safe and comfortable I am when my car Is served by Sami from oil changes to tire to checking all fluids. his experience and knowledge what count. thank you for your excellent services.

Please go see Yonathan. He made my car buying experience a breeze. He worked with me over the phone since I live 2.5 hours away. When I got there 40 minutes later I was leaving with my new/used car. Everyone was friendly. Yonathan is the best! Ask for him!!

First impressions are everything … not good

Contacted this dealership in reference to a 2016 Dodge truck. I spoke with Mohammad. I am not at all impressed by his customer service especially in the area of sales. He simply read all of the vehicle specs for me which i already knew and at the end i said i can do this price out the door which was very close to what was being asked and he said no and the call ended..no goodbye no have a nice day no are you interested in negotiating, just no and click the phone hanging up. I did a KBB on the truck a 2016 Dodge Laramie and the price this dealership is seeking is above the highest level you can get as a private seller. So…round 2 in an attempt to talk to a competent salesperson, i reached out online and tried to get another salesperson to deal with. The online advisor “Ranger” stated that he would get someone from sales to give me a call. I stated that i did not want to speak to Mohammad again and would like to speak to a used car sales manager. I am waiting for this call. I also preemptively contacted the sales department in an effort to reach the used car sales manager myself in lieu of waiting for a returned call. Mohammad answered the phone in the sales department, i knew it was him just by his tone, attitude on the phone and especially the way he ended the callI. I asked to speak to the used car sales manager, to which he advised that they were not in today and could he take a message. I said no i’ll call back and he hung up. If this is in any way reflects the professionalism of this dealership i will never buy from them now nor will I in the future.

My wife and I were traveling from Delaware to Virginia to

My wife and I were traveling from Delaware to Virginia to see our daughter on a Friday after work. Our Nissan Altima started to have transmission issues while driving in rush hour traffic in DC. We were able to drop off the vehicle at Passport after closing hours after picking up a rental to go back home in. I was contacted by Walter first thing Monday morning letting me know they had done a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and that they did find an issue that would have caused the problem we were experiencing. He then told me the repairs would be covered by Nissan as they had extended the warranty on the transmission. All repairs were completed promptly and all communications were clear and often. I got an update in the repair daily and very happy with the service department. Thank you again for the great work and customer service!!
