My total experience with the dealership was very satisfactory. Sirsi made the process relatively quick and easy. From scheduling multiple appointments, to checking vehicles in, and informing me when the vehicles were ready for pickup. Sirsi was very professional and efficient. All and all a great experience.

Had an appointment to take my vehicle in for an oil
Had an appointment to take my vehicle in for an oil change and was immediately checked in. Cost of oil change was less than what was quoted and it wasn't that long to get it done while I waited.

I would like to thank the manager of service for taking time to talk to me about the jobs, and brittany huerta's patient and helpful monitoring of both jobs. she was very helpful. tech 902- FRANKIE worked a extremely hard to diagnose and complicated problem and i thank him. it appears to be successful! tech 601 also worked on an air suspension challenge (hard to diagnose) and everything is ok now. Brittany worked with mopar service contract people as well, thanks. Good people. And the service manager was a font of information, thanks. I owe you guys. Paul V Centeno Thanks again to frankie for his really hard work.

My experience with the dealership was very satisfactory. Right from the beginning Sirsi was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional willing to meet our scheduling needs. Dropping the vehicle off and picking the vehicle up was all done with ease. All and all a great experience.

Brought it in for an engine issue. We have the lifetime insurance and they filled a claim immediately. The car was repaired and returned to us clean.
