Avoid this dealership

Don?t go here. They totally took advantage of me and lied about my financing and approval interest rates. They also told me my warranty was free and later I saw it was added 4,000 to price of car.

Pre Owned Lexus Certified RX450H

Went looking for a Lexus Hybrid, seeing gas going for over $6 a gal. & the only dealer w/ vehicles on the lot were at Lexus of Serramonte. Instead of being on the ?wait list?, waiting for months for a New SUV, we decided on a used Lexus Certified SUV Hybrid on the lot. We were assisted by Nick Hart who made it a pleasurable experience, purchasing this vehicle. His expertise & knowledge was impressive (he drives the same model SUV). Paid to have the front grill replaced but later decided not to. Still waiting on a ?refund?. The Finance Mgr. Aaron Li closed the deal in a whirlwind of paperwork w/ a keen sense of what additional products would extend the life & value of this SUV (Perma Plate, Dent Shield, etc.). Special shout-out to the Sales Mgr. (person behind the scene) in making this deal possible. Now my driveway is overflowing w/3 SUV?s, all from Lexus.

Great Buying Experience

Put a deposit on this 2022 NX450 H in January and it just arrived. I was dealing with Clarissa and Steve. They both were outstanding. I was always kept informed about the shipping and potential arriving status. Both Steve and Clarissa were extremely friendly, professional and helpful in all my questions. So far have not had an opportunity drive the car enough to evaluate. One thing is the navigation and music system seems very complicated having difficulty getting it to respond to voice. Car Play and the Lexus commands are different. Additionally set me up as Primary and having difficulty getting my wife key fob and profile set up. Additionally, the literature that advertises the car says it is compatible with ALEXA That is not the case I have been on the Phone with Lexus tech support for over an hour and finally told it is NOT compatible with alexa A disappointment. Was also on the phone with tech support about getting my wife's profile set up for over an hour. They could not get work me through it after several attempts they said they would do it on their end and it would be showing in no more than 48 hours. Been 72 hours and nothing yet . Been out of town without the car so will continue to deal with these issues when I return The buying experience was great. And at first look and first drive it seems to be a very good car but will need time to drive it more. The technology issue is very frustrating seems like it should be much easier and people available who can help. So far that has not been the case.

Excellent buying experience

It's a crazy time to buy a new car. Every dealer talks about shortage, allocation,waiting and mark-ups. I am glad that I was able to drive a new Lexus RX 350 out of the door at my first visit, without paying mark-ups, and even got some discounts. Besides, Fernando of sales team is really pleasant to work with. His sincere, caring and no-pushing attitude made the whole buying process an easy one. Good job well done!

Could have done better

Sales manager was very good attitude, and very comfortable to deal with. But had a hard time with the Finance Manager, and charged $500 additional amount without any explanation. Namely, additional market adjustment, but actually seems credit card transaction fee the dealership should have paid.

My husband and I had a very comfortable time during the whole shopping period. We didn't feel pressured from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Victor, and the Finance Manager, JV, were both very friendly and helpful. They made the whole process of buying a new car pressure free.

Hard to make appointment

I like to have service with Jason Chan, but recently I was not able to make an appointment with him. Every time I call they told me he is away and don’t know when to come back…….. Can’t believe they don’t have schedule.
