terrible salesman

I was working with Jason Neisen on a tundra lease as i have leased two trucks through corwin before and loved working with the dealer. through the process i found one at Cedric Theel in Bismarck that i liked so i had to choose what was best for me. when i called Jason Neisen to tell him that i was going to buy from Theel he said he wasted his time on me and that i took food off his families table. and tried to make feel guilty about what i was doing.

TJ was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the car I wanted even if it wasn't at his dealership. And he stayed by my side until the deal was done. We drove 3 hours for a car that sold the night before. Thanks DJ for making things right!!

Found an excellent option

I had started the conversation over email and I didn't have a whole lot of direction. They took my needs seriously, and went to work based on what I knew I was looking for. Found a good fit that gave me all I wanted for a price I can afford.

Steve was the best car salesman I've ever worked with....

Steve was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He's definitely a go getter. I told Steve what I wanted, how much I could spend and he found what I wanted in my price range. Steve is honest and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy!

I received horrible customer service. I took my vehicle...

I received horrible customer service. I took my vehicle in because my check engine light was on and I was directed towards the lounge area. I was NOT told to talk to anyone. I waited for over an hour only to discover my vehicle hadn’t been touched. When I informed someone, they told me I should have talked to someone sitting at a desk (what they should have told me in the first place). I’ve never worked with anyone in the desk area before so how was I supposed to know? I received no apology from anyone. I was just told to come back the next day. What a waste of time. Absolutely disgraceful.

So very, very unhappy with my experience at Corwin...

So very, very unhappy with my experience at Corwin Toyota, Fargo. I was working with a guy named Jared, who was very nice. Jared was having a hard time finding exactly what I wanted so he told me he was going to go to the tower to ask a couple questions. He soon returned with a guy named Vincent, who was very rude!!! He started off asking me questions about my current vehicle, well being a girl I told him I don't a lot about it my husband deals with all that stuff. I find the vehicle I like and he does the rest. Vincent then started asking questions about the new vehicle I wanted I told him I wanted the Tundra Jared showed me just in a different color, he then started asking me questions about the vehicle like size, engine, ect. I told him again I find what I like and my husband does the rest. He then started asking me about financial stuff, I again repeated I find what I like and my husband does the rest of it. He kept pushing and pushing me, he made he feel really stupid about the new vehicle I wanted. I then told him my husband is out in the vehicle with our daughter who is sleeping I will have him come in. After telling my husband what happened he said no reason for me to talk to him we will find someone willing to listen to you and then work with me on the rest. So we left feeling very disappointed in our experience. We've bought several vehicles from Corwin and never had such a horrible time . Thankfully Dawn and Tim at Corwin Chrysler Dodge know what customer service means. Otherwise Corwin would have definitely lost a customer.

Great service. Fast process.

Great customer service. Fast buying process while being very thorough. No pressure during the process of any kind. Sales rep dj was very helpfull with it all.

Eric was a great in helping me find the right vehicle...

Eric was a great in helping me find the right vehicle that fit my needs. I live out of town, but he made the process much easier and made it feel as if I was right there at the dealership. I'll always do business with Eric and Corwin Toyota.
