Everything went smoothly, including finding out a worn CV joint that needs replacement. Wayne Chan took care of everything. I only had to answer a call... to authorize the replacement. Wayne also prearranged a loaner car for me, a new X5 model. I quite liked it. May get one someday.

I bought a Mazda 3 up in Roseville 2 years ago. I live in Bay Area now, and since I bought the extended warranty from AutoNation, I thought I could bring... the car to the AutoNation dealer closest to me for repair of an intermittently working backup camera. When I made the appointment through AutoNation, I was told that the dealer would let me know by email if they didn?t think they could fix it. I got 3 emails confirming my appointment. When I arrived, I was asked to show my AutoNation paperwork. No one had ever mentioned that I was supposed to bring it. Then I was told that if they couldn?t duplicate the problem, they could not fix it. I asked if they could at least call Mazda to find out if this is a known problem ? and they refused. They kept the car for 4 hours, during which I cooled my heels at the nearby Starbucks, as they no longer have shuttle service. and never fixed the car. A complete waste of my time and gas!

Very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of follow up . Left several voicemails to assigned service advisor to enquire about service performed... but no response . Car was dirty, not charged .
