Buying a new car was easy and painless

I bought a new Outback from Tony last week. The process was straightforward and transparent. He took the time to help me feel comfortable with the technology that is built into the cars these days. I think its cool that they partner with Rescue Village. There are number of dogs around the dealership looking for new homes. Tony showed me around the dealership including the service area where I will bring my car for its oil change’s I would recommend Adventure to someone who is looking for a new car.

Adventure Subaru is in Denial "Beware"

Adventure Subaru blew up the Radio/ Navagation on my 2018 Subaru Outback Touring Edition. They replaced the Radio with one from a regular Outback. I have been complaining to them since. I tried calling them emailing them and went over there to talk to them earlier this week. They didn't want to talk about my Outback and the Owner would not come out and talk to me. They asked me to leave so after I got home the Sheriff shows up at my door. I told them lthe horror stories about what was done to my Touring Outback by Adventure Subaru. I am trying to work with the BBB and Subaru of America. I gave up on trying to work with Adventure Subaru and beside if I got up there again they might call the Sheriff Department on me. I paid over 31,000.00 for this Outback a year ago and they think Denile is a river in Egypt. They are bullies and do not want to right the wrong they did.

My Outback

I was looking for a new car and stopped by Adventure Subaru. I talked to the salesman and he showed me the different models, I was impressed with the Outback and all the features it has, so I bought it. I have had for only it for a short time and am still getting used to all the options on it. So far I like it and glad I chose it.

Great experience at Adventure Subaru!

I came in to purchase an Ascent...the one that we had looked at online sold, but the salesperson we worked with (Tony Canzone) worked with us to find another Ascent to purchase. He was so helpful, communicative, and overall a pleasure to work with. He responded to my phone calls or emails right away and it was clear he was interested in helping us. I came back the week after we purchased the car to have a trailer hitch installed and spent some time in their waiting room - it was very comfortable and it made waiting not a terrible experience. If we didn't live so far from Adventure Subaru I would definitely be returning for all of my service visits, and if we are in the market for another Subaru in the future we will definitely be back!

Dealership good but not service

I love my car but the service is not good. Once again did not fix what I gave my car a whole day up for. This is the third time with a problem.
