Gary Pohto Sales

Was called to pick up my new ordered Subaru early because of Covid19. Was glad I did as it may have been removed from inventory for some other person. Gary and Rob Lane got all my paperwork together and I was out of there in 45 minutes. This is my 6th Forester, so life is good and they are the best helpers.

Service on 2017 Subaru Outback at Adventure Subaru

Everyone was polite and efficient. Wait time was short . Car was washed before it was returned. Adventure is a great dealership to deal with .

They were wonderful to work with setting up lease for our new Forester. They made us feel like the most important people in the building. Zero sales pressure, zero arrogance. I never thought I would have a pleasant experience buying a new car. I did here. Easy to work with and reasonable negotiations. I will definitely go back for my next car.

Outstanding New Subaru

Just purchased our first new car in over 10 years. What a change in the buying process. No more of the the salesman having to play the game of back and forth with the sales manager to arrive at a selling price. With the internet today you can see how much the car costs the dealership, less any factory incentives, so the mystery in pricing is gone and you can get right down to an honest purchase for both the buyer and the dealership.

New Crosstrek

This was the first time for me buying a car. Everyone was very helpful. There was a problem with some miscommunication about the delivery of my vehicle, but after communicating with the manager about my disappointment everyone was very conscientious about being very clear in their communication with me about all aspects of finishing my purchase and double checking with me a day and two after to make sure I was enjoying my new car and asking if I had any questions. Also, I love my new Crosstrek.

Subaru Forester service

We were on our way out of the city for a 1400 mile trip when the dash lit up in bright yellow. We went to Ganley Subaru in Bedford at 2 PM, where a query showed coolant to be the problem. The radiator had been replaced 2 days before at another dealer. In spite of a busy schedule, Tim fit us in. While there, Ezra gave us good information on the new vehicles without pressure for a sale. We were back on the road to Baltimore by 7, and had no further problems. We appreciate the excellent service including adding an urgent repair to an already full schedule.

Still waiting for service on my Apple Carplay

What appointment are you talking about? Last time i was in was May 24. This came one month later. I'm still waiting for a call to get my Apple Carplay replaced.
