Purchased a 2022 Chevy Colorado Truck

I helped a friend get a Chevrolet Colorado 2022 with low mileage and in great condition. Ray the service manager was great and got us lower monthly payments and a great interest rate. He definitely went the extra mile. And our salesperson Jaleesa was also phenomenal. I will definitely refer them to anyone I know who may be looking for a new or used vehicle.

Miguel is honest

Miguel is a stand up honest salesman. I did not decide to purchase the vehicle. I live 1,500 miles from the dealership and Miguel being an honest man sent me pictures in detail of the issues I would find myself, after it had been shipped across the country. Not sure about the dealership, but Miguel will treat you right.

Consumer Friendly Dealership

I drove out there from San Antonio to test drive a car. I just want to say that Sergio is the first person I spoke with about the ad. He stayed in touch with me about the status of the car being prepared to show. This went on for a few weeks. He was very pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to assist me. I also had contact with Luis. Both young men are great to deal with and have very good customer service skills. Even though I didn't end up buying that car, I would not hesitate to go back if I find that they have a car I'm interested in. I highly recommend visiting this Dealership. Ask for Sergio or Luis.

Never do business here

This place is horrible. Don’t buy their warranties. They don’t work and they don’t cover the length they’re suppose to. No one wants to help you either. All they care about is the sale and not taking care of the customer after. Drive the extra mile.

Litterally the WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WE JUST GOT SCREWED OVER SO BAD ON A $70,000 PURCHASE!!! WE WERE LIED TO, DECEIVED, LED ON FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS!!! I AM ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING CORPORATE!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO OR HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES TO DEAL WITH, MAYBE THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU. I WILL BE POSTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON EVERY PLATFORM POSSIBLE AS IT IS WELL-DESERVED. I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONALISM FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE. Long story short...We reserved a 2021 Tahoe, provided all of our information, they marked it "sold" even though it hadn't arrived yet, they ran our credit, got our finance locked in, even agreed to full MSRP. The next few days we were told the vehicle was arriving and then after several delayed responses and excuses were told the vehicle was delayed in Arlington. We left for a few days, the vehicle arrived and they informed us the paperwork was being emailed and that we'd send a $20k down payment via telephone. We remained extremely understanding and flexible throughout the process and in the meantime, we passed on several call-backs for vehicles we were waiting on because we were assured, this was ours and there was no way they could sell it to anyone else. After texting again this morning to check on the paperwork, we received a call about 15 minutes later stating "we have bad news" and apparently they had to sell it and couldn't hold it. """Luckily they went ahead and found us several others from other dealsherips and they were going to forward us the information"""". I don't want your help, no more excuses, this was so unprofessional and unbelievable. I had high hopes for this dealership and felt very optimistic as our sales woman reassured us from the day we contacted her that we were in good hands. I'm still blown away by the level of disrespect, deceitfulness and unprofessionalism.

Salesman, named Michael.

Salesman was great. Finally someone who listened to what’s I needed and didn’t just try to make the sale. I’m telling all my military and law enforcement friends about this guy. Thanks again, Mike Maya. Didn’t drive away feeling like I just got had. May God continue to use this young man.

Car repair

I stopped at Frio Chevrolet in Dilley because I had car problems driving from Laredo back to my home in Austin. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and quick. I enjoyed their clean, comfortable waiting room and free drinks and snacks. They shortly had me back on the road. I highly recommend them.

So happy!!!
