Every single representative was nice, caring, and had no issue answering any questions I had. I was reassured from the very beginning of my purchase that they will be transparent with me. This was my very first purchase financing a car and my biggest fear was being intimidated by sales representatives. Like I said they made it as quick and painless and possible. Emphasis on them being nice because they were extremely nice. Lucy at the Royal Kia on speedway was an absolute sweet heart and had no problem helping me with anything I needed.
