Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. No resolution to the non working Acura link. Less than 4000 miles and not working from the time of purchase. Dealer’s explanation is it is a third party problem. This is not acceptable. I have purchased 120 K worth of vehicles from Acura in the last 6 months and this is the lack of service I am receiving. Buyer be aware and seriously check the reviews.

He has always been able to find the exact vehicle to meet my requirements, while putting together a financing structure that also meets my needs. I would not wish to work with anyone else in any future acquisition of a new Acura. Both Mr. Kim and the finance person, Tim Rowan, had respect for my time as I was able to complete the entire leasing transaction very quickly, and I was turning in my old leased vehicle as well. This was all handled in only one 2-hour visit to the dealership!

Everyone there was friendly, nice, and helpful from the time I entered the establishment and left! Yong Kim gave the best service and information from start to finish. He even checked up on me after my purchase to ensure that my wife still loved my brand new Acura MDX. His passion showed tremendously and it was clear he wasn’t there to just make a sale.
