I had a good experience here.

I had a good experience here. I was helped by Daniel and ultimately closed the sale with Basir. This was my first brand new car purchase but certainly not my first time dealing with dealership sales and transactions. This is also my first time purchasing a Lexus or Toyota in general so I look forward to a hopefully positive experience once I bring my vehicle for its services too.

Review for service.

Review for service. Reliable, good communications through their messaging app. Wish service advisors could be a touch warmer and authentic with customers. Bonus would be more promotions for regular customers, but even without that, overall good place to get car serviced.

Everyone was very professional, There is a nice waiting

Everyone was very professional, There is a nice waiting area with refreshments and restrooms. They set me up with a great loaner while my older model Lexus was in the shop. And they seem to have fixed the problem, most importantly.

Horrible.

Horrible. Stay away. I brought my 12v battery in to have it inspected/possibly recharged and the service woman at the service desk said "can't do." I asked "why not?" Everybody else (O'Reilly, Auto Zone etc) does recharges, and at no cost. She said "I'm at the service desk" as if I was asking her personally to do it right there. Really cute, and so rude. So I asked "can your SERVICE DEPT do it?" She said no, they need the entire car there for them to just check the battery. Hogwash. When I told her the car is not driveable (duh, the battery is dead), she said they won't (not can't) check the battery without the car there. She gave no reason, other than it's their "policy. " And it would also cost $75!! Obviously a ploy to force me to tow my car there to check just the battery, then making it harder for me if I decided to go elsewhere afterwards. This is not the first time they've used dishonest tactics. They will do whatever it takes, misrepresent the facts and not be helpful so they can charge you every dime they can get away with. Go to Lexus in Pleasanton instead. They are straight up and reasonable and don't try to cheat you like Concord does. And this is not the first time I've experienced such tactics there. But now it is the last time. Go elsewhere.

Service Rep Nok Carvallo was present right on time scheduled for ES 300h regular service. I was informed about the work to be done, and after exactly two hours it was completed to my satisfaction, and including a complimentary car wash. The car runs smooth as silk & I do take care of it at Lexus of Concird!! Thank You 🙏
