Service Rep Nok Carvallo was present right on time scheduled for ES 300h regular service. I was informed about the work to be done, and after exactly two hours it was completed to my satisfaction, and including a complimentary car wash. The car runs smooth as silk & I do take care of it at Lexus of Concird!! Thank You 🙏

I enjoy taking my vehicles to Lexus of Concord and working with Service Advisor Nick Carvalho. The 10,000 mile service schedule was performed and the vehicle was finished in a hour and a half. Poorly ran dealership with the unfriendly staff some bordering on incompetent. I went in for a service and was looking to get details on their new line up of new cars and sales people would not even maintain eye contact or say hello. Is this the sales of the future? My car was serviced and mechanic ended up leaving huge Phillips screw driver under the hood. I’m glad I checked otherwise could have caused damage. Also they want me to pay almost $300 to diagnosis a mystery leak they have no idea where it’s coming from. Also nothing on my garage floor. No thank you!

Michael was easy to work and negotiate with. Quick decisions and whether they can do it or not. Purchased a RX 350h Found them responsive and not overselling. All depends on the inventory they have at that very moment and how eager they are to move it. Unlike a larger dealership, this one is perfect sized.

Eugene was kind-hearted, accommodating and easy to work with. Which made the process easier than I expected.
