Closing a deal needs both buyer and seller working together. My wife and I had a very pleasant time on buying this Honda accord from Kent, the sales representative. We closed the deal within one hour using Costco discount instead of negotiating your own prices. But keeping it in mind to check if you really need the other options that the dealer suggests.

customer service was great Ken the sales man was very nice and showed us everything we wanted to look at . then we went and looked at other dealer ships and at the end of the day we went back to Ken to buy the 2024 CRV we looked at First.

A car dealership should be

Car salesman, Sayed, was very professional and helpful. He communicated well and followed through what he said he was going to do. He explained everything and what to expect and provided me with updates. He is a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean and welcoming. Everyone, including the manager, was friendly.

Took us a year to finally buy our car

We started the new car buying process a year ago. At that time we decided to have our older Honda repaired, but the time had finally come to replace it with a new Honda. We chose the 2024 CRV, as we have an older model of that car as well, and my wife really loves the comfort, safety and all of the interior features. Joe Chedid, our sales rep, was amazing and helped us through the entire process, which ended up being seamless and enjoyable. Henry, the finance rep, was also amazing and offerdd us some additional discounts due to our loyalty to Honda over the years. I would recommend AutoNation in Fremont 100% of the time.
