Absolute waste of time with Alex Ventura. Called ahead to make sure they had my exact model and color, says they have it. But when I get there, he gives me the run around for 20 mins and ends up not having it and gives me an older model to test drive. Fine. I asked for breakdown for pricing and he says he will email me it the same day but no email for 3 days. Fine. He emails me back, using the older model as a quote but says its definitely for the newer model and says he will have the exact year model and color this time. Fine. I show up and once again, doesn't have the color and offers a completely different color with a higher price. I've had enough. Absolute. Waste. Of. Time. He brags about how they have the largest inventory in the area, probably because they can't sell a car worth a xxxx. Went to Capitol Honda the same day and got the exact car I wanted. I got a way better deal and was treated properly.

Honda Accord Dealer/Repair in Fremont for breaks
I had a bad sound coming under my car on right side when I press on the break pedal. That is why I came to AutoHonda. I told the guy about it and he said $190 would be charged for it. However, he also started including other stuff for a total costing more than $1100. But, when I picked the car and paid that grotesque amount the break pedal still was causing the same problem. This is the worst experience I ever had at an auto shop and will tell all my relatives and children never to visit Auto Honda in Fremont ever. That is the worst extremely bad experience I ever had at an auto shop. xxxxx Kamran

Great Customer Service
AutoNation Fremont are just superb in Customer services, they pick up my car in the morning, call me to confirm all the repairs, return the car nicely washed and sanitized. I cannot ask for more and this is why I will continue to have my car to be serviced at AutoNation Fremont.
