I came here to purchase a 3rd car. I had an amazing experience with Farhad sales guy and David. I would highly recommend and advice to ask for FArhad when going in for sales. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my brakes and rotors done at this dealer about a month ago. Everything was fine, in fact, the service writer was helpful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Service writer got sick and I think some things fell through the cracks, but that was easily remedied by the team giving me a loaner to help with any extra time it took. I only wish there was more communication from their side with letting me know what's going on instead of me having to call to figure out how long I should expect the delay to take. Also, as per usual, price is rather high for their labor hours but I think that's to be expected at a dealership, unfortunately.

I am happy to write a review of the Honda dealership maintenance service. Here is my review: I have been a loyal customer of Honda for over 10 years, and I always trust their dealership maintenance service to keep my car in top condition. The General Manager, Brian Tam, is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. His expert team always explains the work that needs to be done, the cost, and the time frame. His team also gives me helpful tips on how to maintain my car and save money on gas. The technicians at the Honda dealership are also very skilled and efficient. They use genuine Honda parts and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. They always do a thorough inspection and make sure everything is working properly. They also clean and wash my car after every service. I am very satisfied with the Honda dealership maintenance service, and I highly recommend it to anyone who owns a Honda vehicle. They are reliable, honest, and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with their service. Thank you, Brian Tam and the Honda team, for taking good care of my car!
