Chris was amazing!
My visit this time was really pleasant. Chris helped me out with my car with a usual visit, after a few moments he informed me about the other things that was needed to be done with my vehicle. It was a surprise that a few things he mentioned had gone really bad before I was notified. ( I always bring my vehicle here to get serviced because I bought the car here ) this shows me that the previous people that serviced my car did not even look at the stuff I asked them to. It would've prevented my roters from being damaged because apparently one of my brakes was metal to metal already and the other brake pads were super low. I mention it would've been prevented if the previous people that services my car would have told me and asked if I wanted to them change, before it gone this bad.when I get my oil changed, I always ask them to check tires, breaks, filters, etc. But thanks to Chris everything was updated on my car. I would definitely make him my go-to person when it comes to my car, he's such a huge help, super nice and friendly.

Service Repair Experience
Our Honda pilot had a starter button error code that was covered by a warranty extension. I took our car into AutoNation Honda of Fremont and was assisted by Nhan (Nathan). The repair took longer than originally anticipated. When I called the dealership for repair follow-up, Nhan provided that update and as a result, Nhan was able to arrange for a rideshare for me in order to get to the dealership and sign paperwork for a loaner vehicle ( which I needed) so I can get to work the following day. The day after dropping off my car for repairs, I received a call it was ready for pick up and that all repairs were completed. Overall, great experience with Nhan and AutoNation Honda of Fremont and I would highly recommend them for service of your vehicle.

My recent experience with AutoNation Honda Fremont was
My recent experience with AutoNation Honda Fremont was miserable. I dropped my car very early in the morning to repair wipers and a visor. Until afternoon I didn't get any update from my service adviser so I called only to realize that they hadn't even started working on my car. Even tho I had asked in the morning about the service time, I asked again in the call if my car would be done today. And I got the same reply that it would be done today by 6pm. Till 6pm I didn't get any call so I called again only to realize that the store is closed for today. I was fine with keeping the car for more than a day. I would've planned it accordingly or asked for a loaner. Instead my adviser decided to keep me in the dark.
