Honda CRV

Everything was great except the Finance guy. He became really angry when we opted out of the dealer services and extended warranty. He was rude and unprofessional.

Super unprofessional

Terrible horrble experience. Salesman was. ok but clueless. Manager was extremely rude. Demanded that we buy the car immediately. Got very angry when we questioned his attitude and professionalism. Would buy a car here 0 out of 1000 times.

Recall Service

Made an appointment for 9:15 AM on a Saturday morning for a recall replacement for an airbag issue. This facility is a bit disorganized when it comes to the service department. You pull into the service area, but there aren't any signs that designate appointments/non-appointments, etc. I just pulled in not knowing if I was in the right area or lane, etc. (I've never taken my car to a dealership for repairs, I own a shop so I do my own repairs but this was mandated recall). Sat in my car for about 30 minutes before a manager could come out and talk to me; I was told by one of the associates/mechanics that there were several people ahead of me so it was going to take a while... Seems odd since I made an appointment. David who assisted me was efficient, nice and very professional. He went over the repairs and asked if there were any other issues I felt needed to be addressed, he gave a realistic estimate of the length of time to complete the job and asked if I needed a ride anywhere. He called a couple of hours later, letting me know my car was ready for pick up. I went back, not knowing that I was supposed to see the same person who assisted me in the first place (again, no signs, or directions for first-timers). After standing near the desks, making eye contact with several managers and no one asking if I needed assistance, I found David who had helped me earlier. David went over the completed repairs and the results of the multi-point inspection. He pointed me to the cashier and told me that they would complete the process and bring my car around. I watched as the cashier completed the paperwork and asked for an associate to come bring the car around. I watched him grab my keys and said he would meet me outside on the right. I waited outside for 10-15 minutes... then I noticed my car was already in the parking lot, windows down. I looked around for the associate who had my keys; couldn't find him. I saw another associate who had just pulled up someone else's car and asked him to find out where my keys were so I could leave. I waited another 10 minutes and no one came back. I walked back into the office and found my keys on cashier counter, laying on someone's stack of paperwork. I just grabbed my keys and walked out. Everything was fine with the service up until that point. I don't know if the repairs were done properly but it's regarding the airbag so I hope to never find out. I was very appreciative of David's thoroughness, polite customer service and the fact that he did not "mansplain" anything to me. If I had to go back to the dealership for anything, I would want to only deal with him again.

Rodney has been my service manager twice now, and he has been awesome. He's very personable and helpful. I was happy to see that I would be working with him again this last visit. He definitely makes me feel like a valued customer.

So happy with my purchase.

I had been looking for a new car for months since my transmission went out on my previous car at first i could not decide what to get but I'm glad I went with Honda. Sami was great helped us with everything possible from helping us pick the right car for us to helping us get the best price out there. I'm so happy with my Honda Civic it works and runs great. So glad I went to Fremont Honda, every one was very helpful and they even gave me a good interest rate considering my credit score wasn't the best.
