Updating: The service rep forgot return my credit card to me after he swiped it at credit card machine to bill the payment. I found I did not have it back and went back asking him and he removed it from the credit card swiping machine. It’s unsecured for service rep unawareness.

I just want to say thank you to Sami (sales) and Henry

I just want to say thank you to Sami (sales) and Henry (finance) for their help during my car search. I found exactly what I was looking for at autonation Honda Fremont! I had been to 5 other places before this - looking for a hybrid SUV with the features I wanted, and at the right price, as I was buying all cash. All of the other dealers were unwilling to work with me, showing me used vehicles for nearly 10k more than my brand new Honda I ended up with. Sami was an expert, answering all my questions without missing a beat. He kept the keys on him after my test drive with him, because I was very serious about wanting the car I now own! He was absolutely great. I also had a few interactions with the finance guys at other dealers, and they fumbled through a lot of information as they talked financing (even though they knew I wasn't going to be financing a car - wasting my time!). Henry, on the other hand, knew his numbers, and was able to answer all my questions about warranties and such without making me feel like I needed to double check the info, like at the other dealerships. I feel so greatful to have worked with both Sami & Henry, and am so happy with my 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid AWD. In fact, I've already gone 420 miles up the pacific coast highway in my first weekend with my Honda (only one tank of gas, too!). I am loving my Honda and will recommend the team at autonation Honda fremont anytime I hear of someone actively shopping for a car. Excellent experience! Thank you again Sami & Henry!!
