EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!

Great people there at AutoNation Honda Fremont... Ali Hashemi (Salesperson) and David Bayanzay (Finance) made new car purchasing a no stress and very enjoyable experience. I love my new 2014 Honda Civic and would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone in the market for a new Honda vehicle.

Experienced excellent car maintenance services

Since I bought my Pilot about 10+ years ago, I've been bring my car here for maintenance service. I like about them is that they keep providing excellent customer service. I've been working with Daniel Heinz for past few years and every time he gives me a very knowledgeable advise about my car. He is very honest about what I really need to fix and what I can wait. He is very friendly to talk and work with and been very helpful. They keep all my maintenance records. Many friends comments to me about why you bring your car to dealers to have car service. They have an impression that car dealers usually charge higher than outside car shops. However, I don't feel that way. They do not charge fortune but using the original Honda auto parts. I already recommend few friends to this car dealer to have their car maintain and they are very happy with them as well.

Outstanding sales experience, fantastic car

I just bought an Accord plug-in from Najib. I love the car--but that's because it is a fabulous 21st century vehicle. I am reviewing the dealership here, which could not be better. I absolutely abhor the typical car-buying process. So I was jaded from the get-go. What was amazing was that I never felt pressured or disrespected! Najib was honest, friendly, and professional. Even now, that I have had the car for a few days, he is open to my calling him (on his mobile phone) to ask questions! How many car salesmen are as committed as that?

Great experince

We recently bought a new Honda Odyssey from AutoNation. The have lots of different trims and colors at the site that the other place we visited didn't. Upon making our selection, the rest of the process and paper work took about 3 hours. While prices for new vehicles are generally quite similar we did pay about a thousand dollars less at AutoNation.

Not Your Typical Car Buying Experience!

First let me say, as general rule I hate used car salesmen almost more than going to the dentist. That being said, I sent several e-mails to various dealerships regarding used cars available online. Michael Pugh was the only salesman to respond. He was very attentive, asked for specifics of what we we looking for and set up an appointment. Michael had several cars in mind for us and took the time to discuss how each one would match our needs. He was not pushy at all, he did not rush us to make a decision. When we finally made our decision we went to fill out the paperwork and he realized that we would get a better deal if we looked at a new car. With a first time buyer purchase discount and recent college graduate discount we were able to get a 2014 Honda Civic at a better interest rate and with a better warranty than a used car. Ahmed worked with us on the financing piece and again was informative but not pushy. We ended up not leaving the dealership until way after closing and they were nothing but helpful. This experience was so not a typical used car sales experience. I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda because they will receive great customer service, feel welcomed not just as a commission maker and get the best deal to meet their needs.

Happy I got a new Honda

Had my old Honda serviced at AutoNation Honda. Always received professional and excellent service.Got my new Honda the next day. Never thought of purchasing another car other than a Honda. The staff was friendly. And the deal was taylored to my needs. Very happy with my experience at AutoNation Honda.

Me and my family are thankful to Honda for let us have approach to a best car and also to have a best car of 2014. Honda was best , Honda is best ,and Honda is (No 1 ) Honda is the name of Excellence. The best experience ive had in purchasing a car

I bought a 2014 honda crv a couple weeks ago in exchange of my 2005 armada and gotten in contact with Sandra/internet sales manager and she was awesome throughout the whole process. I knew when interacting with her this is the kind of person i want to trust in helping me to get a deal done. Never i was uncomfortable in asking her a million questions and she understood that i didnt want any buyers remorse! When i finally got the pair of keys of new purchase around 10:00/11:00 at night she was determined to tell me everything about the car and even helped me put the baby carseat, from that point on i was convinced that was the best customer service ive ever had from any car dealership in my 29 years of living. Thanks Sandra may honda recognize all your hardwork!

Awesome Customer Service. Get Your Next Car Here!!

The customer service here was awesome. I had already made an appointment to purchase my car from another dealership, but at the last second I received an email from the GM of this dealership and he was able to beat my lowest quoted price by $150! The entire purchasing process was smooth and fast. Michael Pugh took care of me from the second I walked into the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and not pushy at all. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. They are completely professional and seem to actually care about the buyer's happiness. Before I drove the car off the lot, I noticed a few minor scratches on the interior trim and voiced my displeasure to Michael. The next day he emailed me to bring my car back into the dealership to replace the flawed piece with a brand new piece. I was very happy that his customer service and it does feel like he constantly kept going out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, great dealership and great people working there. From Ken the GM, to Michael my sales associate, the people here are amazing! If your next car of choice is a Honda, definitely make this your dealership of choice!!
