Salesperson Sami was really helpful and patient with me. I had to 2 cars in mind and he was able to help me decide which car was best suited for my needs. It’s been 3 days since I’ve been driving the car and I do not regret my choice. I am glad I went with Sami’s recommendation! I highly recommend him to anyone!

It was my 2nd experience with AutoNation and first with AutoNation Honda Fremont. Both times it was excellent. I got a good deal and the salesperson (Vinh Nguyen) was very helpful. I got my new Honda Pilot with a full tank!!!

unneeded add on were charged, was told by salesperson in order to get discount I had to take add ons, so not a true discount, the vehicle came with floor mats I did not need or want additional floor mats, if I wanted wheel locks I could have purchased them for much cheaper than what they cost with the car. The process took too long, finance manger kept me hour long trying to convince me to buy additional warranties and other products, told me I'm the only person not to buy other stuff, like its something wrong with my decision, This was not smooth sale, process was draining, buying a new car should be enjoyable, not a good transaction.

Needed to replace a punctured tire (since it was unrepairable) and was looking for same tire - this tire was out of stock at all local tire shops - Nathan (at ANH Fremont) was very helpful securing a tire at a warehouse, bringing it to ANH Fremont, and getting replacement completed in the same day. Very nice to see this level of attention to customer needs!
