Charles was very helpful and prompt in giving updates; however i was told I would be getting a loaner but on site; i did not get it saying no availability. This miscommunication was not expected.

I was very happy with the excellent level of care for me

I was very happy with the excellent level of care for me and my vehicle. Everyone was helpful and inviting. Noel, Randy, and Charles went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service! I will definitely return to this dealership for Parts, Service, or Sales. Kudos to the management team as well; the culture and mindset to be great at delivering excellent customer service starts from the top on down. Everyone there seems to understand the value of the customer and that every customer's experience can be an impactful one, whether positive or negative, so it's up to every employee there to do their part when interacting with a customer/guest on a daily basis. Every company I visit I evaluate the cleanliness of their environment and the quality of their parts and service because it's a reflection of the company and it tells me whether they truly care about a customer's experience. Thank you for your time and giving me this opportunity to share my personal thoughts. I hope everyone has a great day and continues to strive to make a "Positive" impact on the customer, which is a direct contribution to the company. Thanks again!

Lost my trust

The sales agent initially did not seem interested. Maybe he thought I wasn?t there to buy. He didn?t care to ask me what I was looking for really. It was kind of - there you go, take it or leave it kind of an attitude. Then, when I did decide to buy the car, at no point did I get a feeling that they had my interests in their mind. I felt like I was getting swindled. (though in their defense, they didn?t force me to do anything directly :) ) But, I would never buy another car there. They just lost my trust.
