Was in at my 7 AM appointment and out by 9 AM as promised when I brought it in. Service was as promised. Fernando the Service Representative was great... to work with. I have been taking the car there since I bought this new at this dealership without any issues since 2015. This was at the AutoNation Toyota Dealership in Hayward, CA

I had serviced at 5k, this time 10 k. They both are good. The service men, last time and this time are friendly, explained to me what the car needs to... be done. I like the free service . But I don?t like the car because it too big in comparing with my old Highlander. The worse is that it is 2019 but did not have Build in auto systems like phone speaker in my Camry 2018. It did not have map either.

I approached this delarship to sell my car. This dealership operates in PST timezone. They were not able to finish the process on day 1 as it is late... in the night and they were not able to confirm my lien amount with the finance company. I was asked to come the next day. I wanted them to have the financ amount confirmed and be ready by the time i come next day. This delarship is 20 miles from my place and I have to drive in peak traffic. After I reached the dealership on the next day in the evening, they told me that the person who assisted me the day before is off and the ones in the office today are not aware of the case. I was told they I may to come back again the next day. I got frustrated and then they were ready to check if they can get the deal closed on the same day. It took me another 2hr and 30 min to complete the process. Though the process was seamless the time taken by the dealership and lack of proper internal communication made me give less rating. The up side with the dealership though is they offered a full tank of gas to my friend who came to the dealership both the days to drive me back.
