The technician who helped me with my car repairs Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I leased a highlander here. Finance/lease number and customer service need improvement: transparency with the numbers, finance manager raised his voice... when i refused the add on package, gap insurance and confused about the discrepancy of rebates 1k not 2k and taxed. Leasing paperwork done, my car was still getting detailed. Saleman said it will be ready in 30 minutes. I came back 1 hour later. Car parked looks ready. No, salesman took me to gas station to fill gas, but gas was already filled; put on the temp plates at gas station, handed me the temp sticker, and he forgot 1 key fob...car got a scratch..talked to finance director.. I am not happy with his customer service i told him.

A very pleasant experience. I got the car I wanted. A Corolla LE with a dark blue color called "blueprint" and a black interior. Blueprint has silver... specks throughout. It's stunning. A great team of four guys guided me along the way. My thanks to Najim, FJ, Dillon, and John. Great job guys.

Bought a used car asked for a few things to be fixed promied they would before I bought car. My mistake not asking for them in writing. Asked for car to... be detailed, paint was rubbed off and told was going to get fixed. Nothing was promised a full tank of gas nothing called to check on car over a week due to no word from dealer and every time I would car they would heng up on me. Finally called and got to someone in service told me car was ready. Service department was helpful no one else.

After picking up the papers from the service advisor and taking them to the cashier and paying, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my car. Someone who... paid after me got their car before me. I had to go back in to the cashier and request my car. It is very inefficient.

I am happy but not satisfied with the service. I was scheduled for a break fluid flush for my 2018 prius prime.I was greeted with a big smile by one of... the porters and eventually i met my service advisor andy he was very polite and straight forward with the necesarry things that I need to maintained with my car.He was very knowledgable by giving me some tips in maintaining my change oils,tires and the important service schedules.the service was done in 2 hours,unfortunately they found out that i have a nail in my tire on the rear driver side.they patched it up as mentioned on the work order.I was very happy that they found the problem.Unfortunately on my way to san jose the said tire got flattened again,I got stucked up for several hours on the side street. I immediately called for help to patch up the tires,that toyota recently fixed, i am somewhat dissappointed after a dealership visit,wherein i was driving on a poor serviced tire.I hope toyota hayward can do something about it.i can send pictures and videos of that recent incident.Andy is a good man but i don't trust the mechanics it is a very poorly made patching using cheap string plugs.Not overreacting but i don't feel safe.I might move to another dealership for repairs.
