Service advisor, Mr.

Service advisor, Mr. Tawab served me for what I was needed for my car. He was very thorough from the begging to the end. He took the time explaining about all his recommendations at the end of the service and what should I take care of ASAP & what could be done later. I appreciate his time & effort to make my car oil change service experience nice & smoother & would like to recommend Autonation Toyota, Hayward to others. Thank you, BB

Professional, accommodating, friendly staffs. I came in with low expectations- didn’t know what the outcome would be - but leaving the dealership very pleasing. This is the first time ever I went out of town (25 miles away) to purchase a car and to try out Auto Nation. And I am glad I did.

Getting a response from a manager is futile.

Getting a response from a manager is futile. Very disappointed as I have repeatedly asked for one to look into transactional problem and was told someone would get back to me within a few days, but that has yet to happen. NO EXCUSE!

Please avoid this location at all cost.

Please avoid this location at all cost. They do not care about their customers I have witnessed them talk with one another and get customers to pay for unnecessary services. Not to mention they love to take advantage of certain people, which is so disappointing and sad. I really thought Toyota had better ethics.
