I'm extremely unhappy. I walked in to buy new Lexus also pay off my old Lexus. He new how important was to me to have navigator in my car. I walked out... without navigation plus paid more than what sales person offered me.

I have 20 years of Pohanka Lexus service experience through multiple Lexus vehicles. Recently it’s gone downhill. From little things, like not resetting... the maintenance indicator after an oil change on one car, to big things on another car. Like taking a modest non-mechanical repair from a 3 day process to a two week ordeal complete with inaccurate and ever changing versions of “what’s wrong” along with exorbitant pricing even by Lexus standards. Leave a voicemail for a callback? No response. They send you a text, you respond with questions? No response. Finally get through and they’ll call you back in 15 minutes? You’ll be calling them back hours later trying to get the answer. Sorry to say despite a good run, I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
The battery of the car died suddenly, we were busy to take it to Lexus pohanka, I contacted Mr. Tanyos for help, he assured us that he will deal with the... situation and as usual he did, after about 40 minutes a gentleman from Lexus came with a Lexus car as a loaner, and picked our car for testing and repairing the problem. After the car was repaired and checked, I got a call from Mr. Tanyos, that everything is ok now, and I received my car back. This experience proofed once more the excellent service and the help of Mr. Tanyos, which all my past dealing with him were excellent and if there’s a rating above 5 stars, I would have given to Mr. Raymon Tanyos, thanks again mr. Tanyos.

It's known that the service of Lexus IS excellent service, however adding an expert like Raymon Tanyos to it, the result is service unparalleled in the... world, I own another Lexus in Monaco, that's why I have the international experience about Lexus services internationally that is why I am qualified to make my statements about Mr. Tanyos, he is not only knowledgeable about his job but his advices and help for me are unmatched, he is a real expert in handling the service requests, his explanation is wonderfully simple yet fully technical to be understood by anyone Regardless of your level of engineering, he is the star of the service department, every time I visit for service, I look for him, I feel confident when he is handling my service visit, I am lucky to had his perfect help many times, and I am looking to have him for every time I come for service, Thanks Mr. Raymon Tanyos.
