Pohanka Lexus

I took my Lexus LS 460 in for a service and Raymon Tanyos immediately greeted me. We were returning to the area and he updated our information. He carefully reviewed all the previous maintenance and services and then had a better idea of what was needed for this visit. He kept me updated during the process. After finding additional requirements in addition to the required service, Raymon escorted me to the work bay so I could better comprehend and get a first hand look of what needed to be done. Now that's service and definitely exceeded my expectations. Raymon will be my go to advisor for my next scheduled maintenance.

Sure the service and repairs are great - but, for me - it's the people that make the biggest difference. Specifically Asad and Abdul in service. They are genuinely nice people, that know their business and sincerely care about their customers' interest - and it shows. Thanks guys - your commitment to the customer experience is clearly seen and very much appreciated!

Abdul and Asad are professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Asad never tries to oversell - just recommends the correct solution for the vehicle. I have yet to have any issues with the service that Pohanka provides - but the customer care that these guys deliver, cannot be faked. These guys are great and they keep me coming back to Pohanka.

My wifes 2005 ES 300 has had front suspension issues and multiple service centers have been replacing in lieu of diagnosing and repairing the issue. The service consultant James Manikath connected me with Tej Gill, a Master Diagnostic Specialist whose knowledge of this car is amazing. Just one quick ride and he accurately diagnosed the problem. The repair is perfect and finally the car rides like new.I highly recommend the Pohanka Lexus Service Center for anyone that wants the job done right first time. Thanks Tej and James.

They are wonderful! They have the best hours and always willing to accommodate me. Milton Johnson always keeps me in the know on my services even on his day off. The night service manager is always very friendly and helpful. Please tell Milton where the heated seats are. Overall as the difficult customer that I am, I give them five stars for now!

I would like to praise James Manikath’s excellent customer service skills. He totally understands the customers feelings and offers great service and maintenance advice and gives you a sense that he can be reached for any of your car issues. My RX 350 is in good condition because of Pohanka Lexus team. Always professional and never tell you that you need unnecessary repairs. Friendly and the waiting area is very nice. I have not tried new massage chairs yet, it looks very comfortable . Service people is always warm and friendly especially Ms Moore. Express check out is easy and quick.

Raymon Tanyos is excellent! He is is extremely professional, personable and really shows interest in his customer's needs and concerns. I will only take my car to the dealership when I know he is there. My first experience with Pohanka service with another service associate was NOT positive. The associate was rude, arrogant and spoke to me in a condescending manner. After my experience with him, I vowed not to patronize this dealership again. However, decided to give it one more try, which is when I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Raymond. Raymond is WORLD CLASS, total opposite from his arrogant and rude colleague who's name I will refrain from mentioning. Raymon Tanyos is the ONLY customer service associate I will go to at Pohanka. He has restored my faith in great customer service delivery and satisfaction, especially after a horrific first experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him; he's one of a kind!
