Richard at Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly was great and saved me over $1,400 by checking to see if my issue was covered under extended warranty. He certainly didn't need to, but took that extra step anyways.!

Service Experience
I am a proud owner of a LS460L , and I brought in my car for oil change. Thanks to MITCH and BIZ all the recalls on my car were taken care of. Also there were other issues with the car which everything was taken care of under warranty and replaced. I had a nice loaner car for the entire time. Outstanding service!
We love the Pohanka Lexus Service Department - their hours, no-appointment service, availability of service consultants, ready access to loaner vehicles, waiting area, express check-out, friendly/polite porters, and general service of entire team! In particular, I would like to recognize Asad Malik who assisted me on my last visit. He had a good idea of what was wrong with the car just from turning it on and quickly called after a service diagnosis to confirm. Asad kept me apprised of the status of a part that had to be ordered and then let me know as soon as the work was completed and the car was ready for pick-up. Service was outstanding!

I am ethe proud owner of a LS400. It is a great car but age is catching up and it is hard to decide how much more money I should invest in it. Which brings me to John. He was instrumental and so honest in helping make a wise decision. Happy to deal with a manager with great integrity.
