I heard from on one at this dealership after initial inquiry. There was two cars that I was interested but maybe since I am 180 miles away had some thing to do with the no contact.

Horrible experience... Unethical!

Called dealership late on a thurs afternoon and spoke with sales manager Jason about 2021 Tahoe that Chevy.com showed in transit to dealership. Jason pretty much called me crazy stating that they had not been allotted any Tahoes. I asked him to check further and to his surprise found it and asked that he call back with ETA. Friday late afternoon I called again as I had not received call back. Spoke with Ramiro whom informed me that the car in question was being unloaded right then. Setup appointment with Ramiro the next day. Was surprised to find dealer sticker price on car $6k above MSRP. Did test drive. Loved the car and told Ramiro in parking lot that we are not in hurry and would buy, but only at MSRP. This young man Ramiro whom was incredibly courteous and friendly had to go ask his manager Jason. Ramiro came back out to lot to inform us that we are good and can go write up paperwork. Got in his office and went thru some items. Ramiro had to go out to Jason to get the final deal printed out. Came back with paperwork that had original MSRP plus $6k price. Told Ramiro price wasn’t right whom went right back to Jason who we could see shaking his head no. We confronted Jason on way out asking why he even had us come in. Jason jumped up out of his seat and said sarcastically “I’m sorry we wasted 5 minutes of your time!” Then proceeded to throw Ramiro under the bus saying Ramiro clearly made a mistake when we asked why they would tell us they could sell at MSRP and then try to go back to higher number. In our car leaving dealership we see a clearly emotional Ramiro with backpack on walking away from work. Rolled down my window to say sorry it didn’t work out and that we knew it wasn’t him that was trying the bait and switch and realize he too couldn’t work with such an unethical manager and had quit. Poor kid. But it doesn’t end there. Get a call 10 minutes later from Jason saying that customer service and their 5 star google/review rating is important to them. Then asks me if Ramiro said directly that they would sell the car at MSRP. I told Jason that we know Ramiro asked him for permission and of course he did which Jason then says we will honor that price if we want to come back. What a joke. We obviously kept driving home. We feel so bad for Ramiro. Whole deal just sucked.
