Not impressed
Was not impressed have purchased several autos from their other dealership and was not given the respect or help me work out a deal. Oh well. I guess they sell so many that they dont need to move their cars.

Rude unwilling to work with ppl
I purchased a new jeep Cherokee a year ago from these people and have been looking for a truck and went over Saturday to look at one.I told sales i was going to my bank no financing and,i had a trade..the window sticker was 32k and had it down to 28900.i black booked my trade on their website which is wholesale prices not nada what banks loan.Nick,the sales manager said only 9k for my trade and BB was 11 and they full NADA retail their truck.i made a counter offer and was told NO price is firm and was just left standing there.Will never step foot on their lot again and never buy Chrysler product again.Managment needs lesson in customer service they don't like ppl that do their homework.

Thank you to the staff at Tri-City Chrysler Dodge Ram. Recently, we found a vehicle on-line at this dealership and went to look at it. Jeff Sanders was our salesperson. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted. Knowing we couldn't buy that day, Jeff was very patient and spent a couple hours with us. The vehicle was priced good to start with. He gave us a price including trade, and we went home to think on it. After a few days, they offered us an excellent trade value, and went back to complete the sale. Again, Jeff spent a lot of time with us. We'd also like to thank Brian Knechtel, our Finance Manager. He was super. Also thanks to Daniel over Internet Sales. Had it not been for him, we wouldn't have known about the vehicle to start with. After the sale, Jeff spent a lot of time with us showing us the controls and etc. on the vehicle. Lousy service. uses your phone # for harassing marketing
Visited the dealership for service once. I never give out my cell phone # but it was necessary at this time. Since that day I have continually been harassed monthly to sell me extended warranty products on my specific vehicle. This dealership is part of a large chain of in my opinion deceptive dealerships. They also not only did not fix my vehicles problem but created another in the process.

Purchase a truck
Worst experience ever. Ran my credit and my fiancee credit. Wasn't able to help us with the budget we was on with our credit. Talked me into getting my "mother in law" to co sign (she has excellent credit) gave me the run around for over a week with horrible communication. Still never had a real answer. So all 3 of us got a good hit to our credit for no reason. We went somewhere else. Will never go back worse place I have ever been!!

I wanted to let Cory know that Kenny Dillow did an excellent job in finding a set of tires for my wife's jeep. also Robert "Skippy" Marion is a excellent salesman, and an asset to your business. Skippy should be the sales manager, or the general manager at tri cities dodge..i have recently retired but I was a manager also . Skippy is a hard worker, who puts the dealership first, and he would make you a great manager...in closing, Cory you have two fine employees in Kenny and Skippy, count yourself blessed to have them both.

My salesman Stephen was so nice! He worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. I didn't get yanked around, and I got the exact car I wanted. The whole buying process went very quickly, and I didn't have to waste all day trying to get a good deal.
