I bought Tacoma at here. The salesperson MOHAMMED BELHACHMI who promised to give me a bed mat and deliver it to my home. However, a few days later, he called me and said that they couldn’t be shipped and I need to pick it up by myself. But I already left that city. What an unreasonable salesperson who doesn’t keep their promises! I will continue purse this matter through the complaint process.

Took my Toyota highlander 2020 after a repair job at a
Took my Toyota highlander 2020 after a repair job at a B&S Hacienda, the enfotainment screen was continuously rebooting. The service manager told me there a recall as well and I thought to get that fixed as well while I am here. They were busy on Sat so it took almost 3 hrs which is okay, but got a notification on text that the technician has identified a faulty audio system and it needs to be replaced with cost $2500 (approve or deny). I denied because I knew there was nothing wrong with the system but I took the car, went to youtube, a simple search with exact problem got me to a video which fixed the issue in 5 mins and it was very simple , the battery was replaced and the system had to be reset following a simple sequence. These technicians know nothing about what they are doing and just costing money to customers unnecessarily. Do some research for such small issues before going to this service shop

Bad service
I came to service my Toyota Tundra and in the rotation of the tires they damage the locks. When I pick up the truck the technician toll me the issue and he suggested my to buy the set of locks. I was totally surprised by his suggestion because they damage the locks and he was not taking responsibility. Good thing my son was there and he toll the technician that if they damage the looks? The technician said ( yes) my son told the technician (then is the dealer responsibility to order the locks and replace then) the technician said( ohhh yea we will order them) it past a week and I still haven’t got any call from the dealer) they don’t care about the good customer.

Salesman is dishonest and manager is RUDE!
Went there on 12/30/2022. Want to pay all cash for a used. Salesman Eric Chen urged me to by saying because there are other customers waiting to buy it. He says only good things about this car, and they will soft pull my credit if writing a check. In the Finance Office, I was asked, "You were told this car has accident, right?" I said NO but fine. Then, I was requested to provide SSN, because they will HARD PULL my credit!!! I compromised and continued the process, because I want the car. Then, I was requested to sign a paperwork, stating that I give my permission for them to SELL my personal information!!! I backed out, and said NO. Manager came, and he said, "sign anything we gave you, or leave!!! I don't have to serve you and wasting time!!!" Buy car from this dealer if you want to get busted.

Stay away! I got played by Dublin Toyota.
I bought a vehicle that I wanted to register out of state. The sales manager told me they do out of state sales all the time and the best way to do it is to register it in California and recoup any additional taxes paid later in my home state. He either lied about them having experience selling cars out of state or he deliberately misled me about fees. I lost thousands of dollars on additional fees and taxes and now they claim it's my fault for believing them ("you agreed to doing it this way"). Getting someone to agree to something based on false or partial information is still fraudulent behavior. The company slogan is „doing it right“ but this doesn’t mean doing it right for the customers, just for their own profit.

Bought overpriced tire & got Bonus 2" dent
After buying and having maintenance for several vehicles from/at Dublin Toyota, I brought my 2022 Camry for maintenance and to replace a tire. I left the dealership after paying 40% more for the tire than MSRP but silly me, I should have checked if my car had any scratches or dents. The next day, I happen to open the trunk and see a brand new 2-inch dent above the right tail light. No more business with them. Plenty of other dealers/brands around with the same or better service and trust.

Mike Cornelius went above and beyond!!
Mike Cornelius has treated me better than my own insurance adjusters. I had a huge issue with my insurance and shop that my car was at. Finally at the end when all my car needed was maintenance Mike went above and beyond for me. I was so emotionally drained and Mike lifted my spirits in every way possible. He understood my problems and always gave me a solution that was good for me and my situation!! As well as doing his job in an outstanding way. Mike is an amazing listener and problem solver!! When I was at my lowest he made sure to bring me back up! He is awesome!! Thank you Mike for always picking up the phone and staying connected in such a very confusing crazy situation!!! Your awesome dude!!! I will forever bring my car for maintenance at the Dublin location as long as you work there!!

Prepare to be RUSHED to make a deal!
they really rush the experience their and pressure you to make a deal fast. they sold the car that I was interested in after they had already ran my credit so now i have a hard inquiry for nothing. Only go to this dealer if you 100% know what you are doing!

Terrible new car buying experience
Absolute worst dealer i have ever been too. Sold me a TRD pro and then they crashed the door while driving it to clean it. They wont replace the door. I paid a huge markup for this truck and it should be new. I cant believe they want me to accept a door that has bondo applied and painted aftermarket which is not the same quantity as a factory paint job. After paying a markup for this new truck. Then they tell me that wont do anything. Terrible service. Will not return.

AVOID at all cost!!!
I've used many Toyota dealers and while not always the cheapest, always honest and high quality! I have never seen any auto dealer as dishonest as these guys and I strongly recommend going elsewhere!
