Luis was our sales person, the best, deal would never

Luis was our sales person, the best, deal would never have happened if not for him.Sales manager almost blew the deal. On a side note. I walked on the lot into parking lot, every person I said hi to, was focused on their cell phones. Guy at the main desk never even looked up, on cell phone. Lucky for me I walked back and meant Luis.

DON'T GO TO WALLACE unless you want dishonesty I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall DON'T GO TO WALLACE Spoke with the Service Manager to set up appointment DON'T GO TO WALLACE He assured me that they would have a loaner ready for me and there would be no problems. Then when I arrived I had to be taken to Enterprise and had to put a deposit down in order to get my "rental vehicle". I waited at Enterprise for an hour. DON'T GO TO WALLACE DON'T GO TO WALLACE DON'T GO TO WALLACE

Stefan made sure all of my needs were taken care of.

Stefan made sure all of my needs were taken care of. He even checked back with me several days later to make sure the service department was taking care of a small issue I had with my steering wheel.
