    I was not impressed with the initial response from the website's "quick quote" as I got an email instructing me to call or come in, then a voicemail the next day with the similar message. I happened to get a form email from Ray and provided my feedback and very quickly got a response from Dennis with a very straightforward price which got to the point. (essentially the reason why some customers want to use the internet versus in-person or phone) Dennis was also very prompt when I asked for breakdown (within minutes he sent a screenshot of the offer sheet!) and whether he had the color in stock I was looking for. He communicated with me on his day off to make sure all my questions were answered so there were no surprises at all during my trip in. My experience at the dealership itself went well and in about 2 hours (most of time was spent waiting to see the finance person to sign docs) everything was done. It was the easiest experience I've had thus far. The person who helped to sign my docs was very straightforward, did not try to sell me any additional services, and also did not pressure me to sign when I wanted to review some of the numbers first. The atmosphere in the dealership locations was also nice with the music actually. Since I'd been driving a rental car around for 6 weeks, Dennis also made it very easy for me to drop off my Enterprise rent-a-car as they have a contract with you guys, so I wouldn't have to drop it off and get shuttled over to the dealership. I even left some things in the car and had no problem going back to retrieve them after I got the new car. This is one of the least stressful experiences i've had in a dealership and I appreciate the straightforward nature of the interactions. No extra sales pitches, no hidden fees, etc. The numbers pretty much matched up to what I had calculated out and Dennis explained it all to me to my satisfaction. I was amazed that this price could be offered as it was easily below any of the other dealers in east bay I do wish that there had been some charge in the car when I drove it off. The gas was full and I thought the battery was charged up completely, but it was pretty much empty as I only had 2 miles on electric and used gas the whole way home. I am not sure if it was due to having to retrieve the car from a different lot that there wasn't enough time to charge it in the morning before my appointment using a level 2 charger, but everything seems to be working fine otherwise. After my lease is up, if I am in the market to continue to drive a Chevy car, FH Dailey would be the first place I would inquire with. Thanks!
