Dishonest dealer.
Dishonest dealer. Will show lucrative figures in their website through “Calculate My Payment” and you will realize when you reach to the salesperson. When I reached to the salesperson after getting the quote online, the payment went up $177 (81.5% increase). It’s a very nice and cleaver way to catch the prey and do the business honestly!!!! Otherwise the website should not publish the junk figures. I hope the dealer-ship (and the management) knows about the Junk Fee laws that went into effect beginning of this month.

My recent car experience here was great.
My recent car experience here was great. My communication with the dealership started by phone/text, as we lived out of town. Once we arrived, they were welcoming and friendly. I went into the dealership with a good understanding of what I wanted and how I was going to pay for the vehicle. They attempted to breakdown the numbers for the vehicle by asking about financing and down payments. However, I was more interested in seeing the total breakdown of the vehicle including taxes and fees. They provided me with everything I needed and we were able to take home the car under our terms. Again, everyone from the sales department to the finance manager were great and I’m grateful that my experience went well.

"Warning! Be cautious of this dealership as they may deceive and manipulate you just to make a sale. Although they claim to prioritize customer satisfaction, my personal experience suggests otherwise. I had an extremely negative experience with this dealership due to their lack of communication. They would not return my calls or respond to my emails, which was frustrating. Furthermore, they seem to have no accountability for their actions. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue for three months, there was no response from them. It appears that they only value customers with high purchases. My $60k purchase did not seem significant enough for them."

I had the best experience buying a car at the F.
I had the best experience buying a car at the F.H. Dailey Chevrolet dealership in San Leandro and I highly recommend them. Sally was my sales person and she was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured at all. She was just helping me learn about all the features of the car. Once we got to discussing the numbers, I had the pleasure of working with Juan Dominguez too. The new IRS portal for electric vehicle tax credits was having issues, but Juan really persisted and my VIN was finally accepted. I’m so grateful for the excellent buying experience I had at F.H. Dailey! If anyone I know is in the market for a car, I’m going to recommend that they go here. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I was really impressed with my car buying experience here so I had to let everybody know. Thanks, Juan and Sally!

We drove from San Jose and got the vehicle that we wanted at a fair price. No unnecessary accessories to inflate the price of the car Process was easy and John, our sales rep was easy to work with. Only minor issue was that they added a 900 dollar option ( some type of battery warranty) on the final paperwork That we never discussed They took it off promptly after we complained, but it could have been easily missed at the end.

Fine Experience
Overall fine experience. I knew what I wanted and what price I was willing to pay. Despite that, I had to wait there for 4+ hours because the financing person was backed up. They also forgot some of the basics like cleaning the vehicle after we purchased it so I had to come back later to get that done. At the same time the sales person and all involved were pleasant. A couple of other sales people also gave my fussy daughter some snacks, which was appreciated.
