My vehicle had a recall on a sensor. Brought vehicle in to the dealership where I purchased it last year. Have bought in the past, several vehicles from... this location. 2 weeks in I?m told there?s another issue and it?s the rear end that needs a rebuild. Cost is over $3k. Great, get it done. Another 3 weeks go by and I get my vehicle back. I would recommend finding another Ford Dealership to purchase a vehicle and to conduct service on the vehicle.
We drove 245 miles to Monarch Ford and the trip was worth every mile of it. After talking with our salesman Kevin several times on the phone prior to... the trip we agreed upon a price without any haggling. When at the dealership Jack spent over two hours with us while I went over every inch of the truck in their shop. We were treated with professionalism and patience. I give Monarch my highest recommendation.

If you are a woman, apparently your money is not as good as a mans money. I called and spoke to Chance explained I was shopping a specific F250 pickup... he had in stock and wanted his best price. He did not take any of my info (for future call back) he gave me a ridiculously high number. I explained that was much higher than any dealer I?ve contacted. He replied ?that?s my best price?, then we disconnected the call. My husband called 30 seconds later and was given a $1000 lower price immediately! If you want a truck from a place that doesn?t respect women, then give Monarch Ford your business!!! Good luck!

Had to repair a heater/AC fan. Found out after they pulled the dash that the actuated was broken too. The said it was caused by the factory putting something... in incorrectly. A tab broke off and caused the problem. I was then, why am I paying almost $2000.00 for this. Mind you my wife?s truck is a 2014, garaged with less than 20,000 miles looks new. Long story short. We paid. Everyone was professional and nice but the cost at Christmas put us over the edge. Going to file a complaint.

I love my new used car and the sales men there are great my husband and I where greated and were made to feel very comfortable loved the whole process... and we were in and out with the car in under 30 mins will definitely send friends and family that way.
