While the sales process was smooth, I began experiencing transmission issues within the first week of ownership. I reported the problem immediately, and although the service department acknowledged there was an issue, it was not handled with the urgency or accountability I expected. Communication was inconsistent, and the responsibility to resolve the problem felt pushed aside despite how soon it occurred after purchase. Now, just five months later, my truck is in a transmission shop requiring a full rebuild costing around $6,000. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I believe greater accountability should be taken when serious issues arise so soon after a vehicle is sold. Buyers should be cautious and thoroughly inspect vehicles before purchasing.

This place will cause you massive amounts of frustration. My car has been in the service department for four months with no end in sight. No updates at all even if you stop by and they say theyll call you they don't but, worst of all is my car sitting in the back of the lot. Today I drove by and noticed my hood looked open, so I stopped to investigate. It looks like the hood is either bent of out of alignment. Maybe I'll update this later, I'm so pissed I can't think straight.

Terrible customer service. Terrible service department.. terrible sales.. Not only did they sell me a car that they said they repaired (husband noticed issues during test drive), but sold me a near useless extended warranty. I say near useless bc within the first year,, the transmission went out,, so at least that got fixed, after 30 days in the shop.. Every time I take it in, they have some excuse why they can't solve my other issues. I even took it in on an insurance claim and they kept my car 30 days without even writing up an estimate. One of the big wigs, Glenn, even blamed ME for not having him handle the situation at the first sign of something being wrong. They supposedly worked on the car for 69 hours, but every time I asked what they did, they gave me the run around. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Canceling my warranty bc its not worth the paper it's written on. Currently dealing with 3 different shops to take care of the work that monarch couldn't handle. Oh... but they offered me a free detail. I told them not to touch my car ever again. Every time I asked to speak to the owner, my request was denied.

My vehicle had a recall on a sensor. Brought vehicle in to the dealership where I purchased it last year. Have bought in the past, several vehicles from this location. 2 weeks in I?m told there?s another issue and it?s the rear end that needs a rebuild. Cost is over $3k. Great, get it done. Another 3 weeks go by and I get my vehicle back. I would recommend finding another Ford Dealership to purchase a vehicle and to conduct service on the vehicle.

If you are a woman, apparently your money is not as good as a mans money. I called and spoke to Chance explained I was shopping a specific F250 pickup he had in stock and wanted his best price. He did not take any of my info (for future call back) he gave me a ridiculously high number. I explained that was much higher than any dealer I?ve contacted. He replied ?that?s my best price?, then we disconnected the call. My husband called 30 seconds later and was given a $1000 lower price immediately! If you want a truck from a place that doesn?t respect women, then give Monarch Ford your business!!! Good luck!

Had to repair a heater/AC fan. Found out after they pulled the dash that the actuated was broken too. The said it was caused by the factory putting something in incorrectly. A tab broke off and caused the problem. I was then, why am I paying almost $2000.00 for this. Mind you my wife?s truck is a 2014, garaged with less than 20,000 miles looks new. Long story short. We paid. Everyone was professional and nice but the cost at Christmas put us over the edge. Going to file a complaint.

After talking with our salesman Kevin several times on the phone prior to the trip we agreed upon a price without any haggling. When at the dealership Jack spent over two hours with us while I went over every inch of the truck in their shop. We were treated with professionalism and patience. I give Monarch my highest recommendation.

Diagnosed my problem within 2 hours. Advised me the parts will be in within a couple of days. They also have a car for me until my car is fixed at no charge. Highly recommend. Awesome !!!! �� They made the process very easy and stressful free.
