Hummm

The BMW service department was great. Kevin Rego is a fantastic service representative. But I was disappointed at BMW for not repairing an update for my model SUV x5 ,when I continue to hear a thump sound when making a sharp left hand turn.

Service Appt

The BMW dealership was advertising a special on oil changes and brake fluid flush. I had both done - no discounts applied even though on TVs all over the dealership. I brought it to their attention so they applied one discount (the smallest) and said only one discount could be used per visit. Doesn't say that anywhere. So I asked them to apply discount to the larger #. Whole process took 30 minutes. Each time the service rep had to go the service manager. Raelly reminded me of old school - get the customer for as much $ as they can....demonstrated a total lack of integrity to me

Not the best

First time i brought my car in, service rep told me i needed new brakes and rotors as soon as i pulled up without even looking at them. I had to leave and bring the car back, second rep actually talked to me about options and took care of the process better. Work was under warranty so they didn?t replace the rotors like the first rep told me they would. Seems like it?s all about money.
