    I was in the market for a new X5 and decided to go with East Bay BMW after checking out a few other dealers in the Bay Area. It has been a wonderful experience.... Really. My CA is Stanley and he is very knowledgeable with the vehicle and options. I wanted a rather "weird" combination of options so we decided to custom build one, and he has no problem getting exactly what I want (despite that another dealer has told me that my combination is "invalid"). The entire purchase experience is very smooth and I got my car even faster than we expected. Could not be happier with them!

    They didn't have the car that I exactly wanted and didn't try to push anything on me - customer service was exceptional and Ryan was great to deal with.... I would not hesitate purchasing from these guys in the future.

    I have owned 3 BMWs in the past 8 years, dealt with 3 different dealers in 3 states. Eastbay BMW is by far the best dealership I ever worked with. Super... clean showrooms and service area. All staffs are super friendly and the process of getting it service or repairs is flawless! Highly recommend!

    After spending $9,000 for extended warranty, mechanical repair protection, and the like, East Bay BMW just declined an A/C issue under all of those additions... I purchased. In fact, the dealer and the warranty and the mechanical repair people all pointed their fingers at the other product. And guess who was stuck with the bill, ME!

    While I love my new BMW X3 the many special features initially proved to be a bit overwhelming. James Youell , Product Genius expert to the rescue!!... James did a fantastic job of providing step by step guidance and set up on my new BMW X3 . He was patient, friendly, and professional. East Bay BMW is lucky to have him as part of their team!!!
