I've been servicing my Bimmers here for over 20 years. This was a terrible experience. Was told the service would be complete in 2 hours. After 2 hours... they had not even started the service. The particular service advisor for this service was misinformed, rude, and inconsiderate. (Most people at this place are very considerate and nice. The service managers are very nice, concerned, and accommodating. That's the reason for the 5 star customer service rating.) I took the car and left without the service being performed. They were kind enough to pick the car up at my house the next day and do the service. Only to find that their technician failed to tighten the drain plug and black, diesel oil leaked out over my garage floor. They fixed it the next day, and gave me some solvent to help clean my garage floor, which was very nice. But, seriously, failed to tighten the drain plug? Not good. Perhaps additional training is needed, or quality checks after each service, or? Since it's the closest BMW dealer service to my house, I'll be returning for future service.
