Diana was absolutely outstanding. I used to have a go-to person in the sales department for buying my cars, but unfortunately, they moved on. Fortunately, Diana has more than stepped up to fill that role. She’s a true pleasure to work with—honest, transparent, and incredibly easygoing. Joseph was very friendly and professional. He clearly understood the problema we were experiencing with our DSC and Stabilization Malfunction and provided a summary of what the diagnostic would be. He was great!

I had my car serviced at East Bay BMW after a problem

I had my car serviced at East Bay BMW after a problem with a tire. I purchased the Hendrick Tire coverage when I bought my car and it has already paid for itself! My service advisor, Ben Simpson is such a great guy. Super easy to work with, communicates clearly every step of the way, and he makes it easy. My car was ready early--even though they did more than I asked to make sure my wife would be safe when she was back on the road. Also, Vincent does such a great job when I first get there--making sure I'm being helped. He always makes me feel welcome. Excellent service--best I've experienced in my 30 years of automobile ownership.

Great service. Joseph B was very nice and helpful. They got me a Lyft to and from the mall so I didn?t have to wait in their lobby. I also got a video showing my car?s status.
