The salesman was knowledgeable and very patient during the sales process. Also, he worked with management to change our car color after the car was in production. My only comment for improvement is that someone at BMW should have inspected the car with us prior to us signing paperwork.

Had a really good buying experience.
Had a really good buying experience. Diana Diaz was very patient and let my wife and I test drive 4 cars before we finally settled on our choices. Came through with multiple options for all the cars we looked at giving us the full story. I felt comfortable with the process and like we were being treated as family. Icing on the cake was the demonstration with the BMW Genius named Cameron Gallup. There?s always a little bit of buyers remorse for a moment when you make a big purchase, but Cameron expertly helped me setup the car and showed me some features of the car (of which I didn?t even know it came with!) that blew my socks off. I highly recommend East Bay BMW thanks to these types of experiences and will be a customer forever.

I really like the fact I was able to talk to a service
I really like the fact I was able to talk to a service advisor on the first call and he gave me a direct accurate quote over the phone, He also didn?t pressure me into getting my car service right away. He only suggested service needed at the time. I love BMW for competing with the outside car shops. The prices was cheaper which allowed me to go with BMW service and parts. Smart business move for BMW.
