Very satisfied

I went in looking for a car and came across a 2014 Dodge Durango R/T fully loaded black on black leather, took it for a test drive and I was very happy with it. This dealer only sells top quality cars. No garbage no lemons. I’ve had the car for a few weeks now and I’m loving it. Recommended dealer for new and used cars, very comfortable and I love the coffee machine they have. Thanks again Quinton for the awesome experience.

Chris is the man!

Chris Roberts helped me pick out my FIRST Mercedes Benz. I was only going in to look at my options when I was going back and forth about trading in my Volkswagen. Chris made me feel comfortable, provided a lot of options for me, including a great deal. I am please how fast he communicates even AFTER my purchase. I would recommend him to others for choosing their Mercedes.

Best Dealership for purchasing and servicing

Awful dealership

was looking to purchase a 2019 Mercedes AMG C63S coupe and spoke with Melissa about this vehicle and the possibility of trading in my 911 Turbo. She took all my info and promised to send over contact info and information on this car. She did neither so I followed up two days later and she made the excuse of taking my number down incorrectly. She then sent me a text message where I was to send in detailed pics and VIN number of my Porsche and that the used sales manager would let me know a price of my trade. Neither happened again and she stopped responding to my texts. She also made excuses of being understaffed via her email. It has been almost a week now with no response or contact from this dealer. I can say that this lack of professionalism is pathetic and coming from a high volume dealer its even more disgraceful. This level of incompetence with zero follow up warrants a call to Mercedes itself which i will do. You did a piss poor job Mercedes Benz of walnut creek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 2019 Benz!
