I called on Wednesday to book an appointment on Thursday, and i took the day off.. i spoke with Arman to get things ready this way me and my wife don't... have to spend long time , I texted him the 2 cars I'm interested in and spoke over the phone about them, he was supposed to send me the pay structure for both car, here is what happened , my appointment was scheduled at 11 am, i called him at 10 40 am in the morning to ask about the numbers, this way when I come to the dealership it isn't a long wait, he said he was busy with another customer ( though this is my scheduled time for appointment) so I told him no problem , just email me the numbers and I'll decide on one and come to the dealership, he said you are not going to like what I send anyways...seriously!anyway I waited till 6 pm I got no emails NOTHING! it was a complete waste of my time, I knew Cary for years he is a great guy, but the way and attitude of the sales person was way beyond unacceptable , I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere, good job Ford, you just keep losing Loyal customers.
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013... Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
I would buy another vehicle from Walnut Creek Ford without hesitation.

Service was good and prompt, but the fellow that washed the car used his finger nails and scratched the car
Brought vehicle to a non- Ford service center due to loud noise and vibration in right front wheel. Took to nearby service center because afraid to drive.... Wheel bearing replaced . Ford declined refund due to "non-emergency".

Opps! I may have been reading the oil dip stick incorrectly. You should have showed me what I was doing wrong. Its almost impossible to correctly read... the dip stick unless you turn it 180 degrees so the oil doesn't was up the side giving an incorrect reading.
Love Walnut Creek Ford Service Dept. Tim Lautze and his team of service reps. cannot be beat. The reps. are trained so well. I am still going there with... my 2011 Taurus SHO.
