I'll be back to buy my next vehicle
The entire crew at Toyota Marin was helpful and on top of things. Christine Cilento is easy to communicate with and kept me informed of how the transaction was progressing. This is the 2nd time I've purchased a car from Christine at Toyota Marin. This time it was a pre-owned Prius Plug-in. Previously it was a new Prius. In both cases she understood what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me relevant options. My time was valued and I appreciate that. I have to drive 50+ miles and pass several other Toyota dealerships to get to Toyota Marin, I feel it's worth the effort to receive the level of service I enjoy there. With my recent purchase being a pre-owned vehicle I met Nick V who made sure all the details were handled and the car was delivered to me in the condition promised. I will be back to see Christine when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Buying a Toyota Prius Prime
I was very pleasure to deal with sales rep and finance rep. No hard sell to make you uncomfortable. If you had done research of the car ahead of time, you could finish your deal and drive the car off the lot less than 3 hours.

We loved the customer service, the way the seller (representative) George helped us. He approached us in a nice respectful and friendly way. Always, paying attention to our needs and the most valuable to us was the way he made our son feel. Our son was so comfortable talking to him he made him feel part of the process and we appreciate it that very much. George made us feel very comfortable and there are no words to describe what a great customer service experience we had with him. Only thing easy was buying
I bought a certified used truck. The A/C wasn't working, so I left it with them over night for repairs. Was to be delivered between 2 and 3pm the next day fixed. It didn't arrive until almost 8pm, had a half empty tank of gas and the next day the A/C stopped working again. They're telling me now that I can take it to any of the other toyota dealerships in the area. I'll gladly do so, hopefully that dealer will actually repair it right.

Very good experience
Your sales person, Shah Pourmand, was very helpful while not annoying. He did not put on the big sales pressure act. He was there to answer questions and help us. You need to have all your sales people see how Shah works with his customers.
