My service writer I do not have any issue with, I've known him for years and continued coming back because of him. However, after this last event I am not very happy. I had a leak on my radiator, which was replaced less than 2 years ago. My service writer said that it was covered under warranty. I was happy with that. Then he tells me that a hose was bad and that was not covered under the warranty even though Victory did the work. The hose cost over $600.00, for a HOSE. I needed my truck as I do use it for work. After finding out that the radiator is on back order the parts dept. and the service writer located a radiator in Vacaville. My service writer asked if I would be willing to get it, I said that I would be in the area and could pick it up. I did pick it up and brought it back to Victory hoping that this would help speed up the repair/replacement, maybe even get a price cut for the delivery. It did not as the tech was doing a different job and no discount for me picking up or delivering the radiator. After the radiator was finally replaced, the technician said that the air con was not working. I call xx on this as I was working out of state in areas that were 90 to 100 plus degrees for the two weeks and the weekend right before I dropped it off on the Monday morning and there was nothing wrong with it. It was going to cost another $1,000.00 to fix the air conditioner. Put 1 and 1 together, the air conditioner was working fine but not AFTER the radiator was replaced???? A warranty job that should have been covered cost me over $3.000.00. Since I bought my truck over 9 years ago, I only use the air con when really hot, no issue whatsoever, even after the first time the radiator was repaired/replaced. Then all of a sudden, the hose is leaking??? I am going to check with BAR and see what options I have. I always gave praises and referred people to Victory, however, after this event and out $3,000 for a warranty job, I don't think I can trust this dealership anymore.

I brought my 2021 colorado zr2 bison into dealer because
I brought my 2021 colorado zr2 bison into dealer because of water leak that was apparently coming in from the rear window assembly somehow. They determined the rear window assembly and some seals were bad and needed to be replaced. My 3yr 35000 b2b warranty was up by a matter of a couple of months and i have barely 30,000 miles on odometer. They quoted with GM assistance 1300 to replace said rear window and replace stained headliner that obviously been leaking from new .This was not a cheap truck to begin with and to no fault of mine i was to be out 1600 because of bad quality fitment or poor qualty psrts xx....i should have no issues with water leaks on a 3yr old truck. I decided to keep stained headliner to save money and fork over 550.00 to have new window and seals installed. When i picked up my truck after they determined issue putting it back together the tech that worked on my truck left at least 4 black hand prints in differant locations on my allready water stained headliner. I WAS NOT HAPPY OR IMPRESSED. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I PICKED UP MY TRUCK AFTER A LEAKY TRANS LINE WARRANTY WAS DONE TRANS OIL WAS LEFT ON MY STEERING WHEEL SHIFTER AND DOOR PANEL. AND DRAIN PLUG WAS LEFT LOOSE LEAKING FLUID ALL OVER BOTTOM OF TRUCK AND MY DRIVEWAY...ANOTHER VISIT TO DEALER TO TOP OFF AND TIGHTEN DRAIN PLUG. Anyways dealer offered no comfort to cleaning headliner other than he did his best to clean it and i can still see evidence of marks. I really think this is chicken xxxx service that entire job with new headliner was not covered it doesnt take a genius to see it has two very clear water stains showing it was leaking long before said b2b warranty was up. Im down 550.00 and still have a stained dirty headliner. What can you do for me i paid well over 60.000 for this and im not happy. Btw i did purchase extended warranty but i gues it doesnt cover poor quality parts or sloppy mechanics

Incompetent service
I brought my truck in for an oil change , new wiper blades, and repair weather seal on back door. They informed me I was due for a 42k service . I agreed. After having my truck most of the day I picked it up. This service cost me almost 1600.00 dollars only to find upon arrival at home that the wipers had not been changed and the oil life gauge was still showing that the oil also had not been changed. After speaking to the service manager I arranged another service appointment to correct the issues. This time it took about 1 hour . After i collected my keys I checked to see if all had been correctly done. New wiper yes , oil change still showed it had not been completed. After pointing this out the service person “ Dennis” assured me it was done then he reset the oil life indicator. The incompetence in this shop is beyond my comprehension. I can no longer trust this business to provide proper service and will not do business with them again.

Chevrolet Tahoe
Victor was very attentive and helpful in our family car search. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. It was a pleasure working with Victor, from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any car sales.

Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life! Truck broke down in under 30 days despite being told it was in perfect shape. They gave me inspection reports and then refused to fix her. 35,000 dollars later, pictures from shop that fixed her and letter stating Victory could not have missed most of what needed repairing. Mechanics are either incompetent or Victory knew about the issues the truck had. They even cleared all repair codes from truck’s computer which is never done

Nice dealership, but maybe a little slippery!
Good dealership, but be just as careful as you would anywhere else! I consider myself a reasonably smart car shopper, and these guys still got me to sign up for 2 items that I would not have bought at the prices offered. They have a wonderful signing table, with a large image display of the documents, and you sign right on the display. The display electronically rotates, so that first the finance guy works on it, then it flips to your side, and you sign. Very cool! The sales guy mis-represented 1 item, the "Forever Start" option, which presumably replaces lost keys and replaces your battery for some period of time. The salesman said the cost was $6/month. Well, the price is actually $800. So, if you finance the car for 60 months, it's more like $16 per month. Even if you finance for 84 months, it's about $11 per month. We just did not ask for and did not check the actual price, and took the sales guy's word for it. Mistake. We had also discussed their Guaard protection against dents, headlight damage, etc. I had said, No, I did not want this. Well guess, what! I was so busy watching the cool display, that I signed off on it! So, the price of the car increased by 3% because I wasn't careful. These items were My Bad! I should have been more careful. But, these guys, nice as they are, will not go out of their way to make sure you know exactly what you are buying and for how much. Of course, refunds were off the table. I asked. We had one other irregularity. We still owed money on our trade in, and I did not remember exactly how much. So, I overstated the amount by $1800. When I tried to recover the $1800, they first sent me to my bank, but the dealership had not remitted the overage. Then, they told me, well, they have to be sure there are no liens on the car! It took 5 weeks to get the overpayment back. Not saying that they would have just kept the money if I had not asked, but they were NOT in rush to make the refund. All of this suggests, it's a really good ideal to go home, check the balances, etc., before signing. And, don't make my mistake - get so focused on the cool signing table, that I failed to look closely at EVERY PAGE. Expensive lesson!

Great service in the North Bay
This dealership/service center has always made my life easy when it comes to the vehicles I own. They get the job done, friendly service and the hours for dropping off and picking up my vehicle is a plus with my work schedule.

Overcharged again
I have had vehicles serviced four times in the last year at Victory Chevrolet. The only time I did not feel ripped of was when the work was done under warranty, once. This last time is the last draw. They charged me $660.00 for a repair that according to the reciet should of cost $220.00. I used the early bird service so I was not give a price for the repairs until the job was done. I was told over the phone that the cost would be over $600.00. It seamed high but if I wanted the car back so I would have to pay it. When my son went to pick up the car he called me so I could pay with my card and I did so. Later when I went over the receipt it said at the bottom the estimate cost is $220.00. There sad no explanation as to why the billed cost was three times higher. I am done!!!!!!!
