I have had vehicles serviced four times in the last year at Victory Chevrolet. The only time I did not feel ripped of was when the work was done under warranty, once. This last time is the last draw. They charged me $660.00 for a repair that according to the reciet should of cost $220.00. I used the early bird service so I was not give a price for the repairs until the job was done. I was told over the phone that the cost would be over $600.00. It seamed high but if I wanted the car back so I would have to pay it. When my son went to pick up the car he called me so I could pay with my card and I did so. Later when I went over the receipt it said at the bottom the estimate cost is $220.00. There sad no explanation as to why the billed cost was three times higher. I am done!!!!!!!
Terrible experience. Was at the dealership shortly after a Tahoe was taken off the truck, was told the keys were not able to be located that I could buy the vehicle site unseen however if I didn’t like it upon seeing it the next day I couldn’t back out. I could be there ten minutes till 9 am the next morning to start the buying process and the keys would be found and it would be sure to be “inspected.” As I was told I was there 10 before 9. See the vehicle start paperwork and in the middle, was told sorry I cannot sell this vehicle to you. Someone is coming from a couple hours away. Even though I was PHYSICALLY there signing paper work. This person that had not put a deposit down or done any paper work nothing had priority over me! This place was a joke and obviously picks and chooses who gets to buy their vehicles!!

This was my first experience with Victory Cheverolet, and it was definately a top notch experience. I was having problems with my transmission and was referred by Jeff Pariday of Pope Valley Tow and Repair. Dealt with Dennis in the Service Department. Very professional. He had me bring in my 2006 Silverado for diagnosis. His department did a inspection, not only of the transmission , but the overall condition of the truck. I picked up my truck in a matter of days and have been driving my vehicle for a number of weeks now without any issues. Will definately bring my truck back for future services. Paul Eskesen
Quick fix for a recall notice
Service was in response to a recall notice to reprogram the Sensing Diagnostic Module (SDM) on my 2014 Cadillac XTS. It was to fix a situation where in the event of an accident that was not severe enough to deploy the airbags, certain actions, such as unlock the doors, turn off the HVAC and fuel pump, might not happen as they were supposed to. I dropped the car off, walked down the street to a restaurant for breakfast and by the time I got back the car was ready for me.
I had to being my car in a second time because the issue wasn't fixed. Dennis got a tech to ride along with me to hear the issue, he got me all set with a rental and made sure the warranty covered my issue. He is fantastic! Great customer service, follow through and knowledge.

we called for an appointment time, it was given. We arrived on time, car was parked in drive way, when service writer tried to start the car, the key would not go into the key hole. Its correction was added to the service order. The key problem was solved, allowing it to go into the keyhole again, plus the other work, originally requested, and all was done in the allotted time frame. We put the key into the ignition and drove away - what more could be desired.?
