I researched our Honda /Acura purchase for over two weeks using every resource available. I also contacted over 15 dealerships for quotes. Brian Welsh... from Radley Acura, Bailey's Crossroads was the only sales person who truly listened, understood what I was looking for and responded with a reasonable quote from the start. When I arrived at the dealership Brian had multiple choices ready for us to evaluate. There was no pressure, and nothing was hidden. Brian did what he said he would do! We didn't get turned over to multiple layers of management, Brian was empowered and knowledgeable. When it was time to meet the Finance Manager Matt, he displayed the same level of professionalism and knowledge as Brian Welsh. The sales team at Radley Acura is awesome and I highly recommend them. Out of the 6 local dealers we visited, Radley Acura was the only one that I felt offered us a fair price from the start, had a trained team of professionals, and was looking to earn a repeat customer. Terrible management and never fix there forgery issue...they don't care about you after they get what they want. They will change contract even after you... leave with signed documents. They never call back no matter whos taking a message.

Poor customer service! Bought my 2010 MDX at Radley Acura and the service has always been poor. I received warranty letter from Acura in regards to excessive... oil consumption and was told to bring my car in to perform the test but could not make the appointment due to family emergency so was told that I missed my opportunity (short window) for warranty repair, so I now out of warranty. Why does Radley Acura do not provide sufficient information to the customer? It seems that the service technicians and management are like robots, they provide a simple yes/no answers and that is all the information they will give to customers. When I purchase a vehicle, I look at the entire lifecycle of the vehicle and determine if I want to make another purchase from the same dealership. If Radley Acura is not committed to establishing that relationship, I probably would go to another dealership when I trade in the vehicle. The service manger needs to take more ownership and educating their staff and be committed to provide excellent customer relationship. Sohail is qualified from a technical standpoint but falls short when it comes to customer satisfaction. He needs to have vision and understand automobile lifecycle and customer relations, it is about when a customer walks into the showroom floor, buys the car, and service the car through the life of the vehicle. Either get another manager who sees the vision and mission or retrain all your staff - this is only hope for Radely Acura to survive in a competitive automobile sales industry!!

I bought a loaner car that was represented as being accident free. It turned out to have structural damage from multiple accidents. They denied that and... for 4 months accused me of causing the damage. A loaner car was provided for 6 weeks while the said they were trying to locate a low mileage accident free used car for me. The asked that I return the loaner car because they said it was cheaper to give me anew car than pay the fees for a used car from another dealer ( Sean Jackson sales manager ). 4 hours after my appointment after repeatedly informing him that my oxygen was running low they offered me a new car. My oxygen tank was empty so I was impaired and unable to think properly. Paperwork was given to sign with the explanation that it was internal and wouldn’t cost me anything...just internal paperwork to track the source of the replacement car. A lie because I was sent a lease on the new car. This lease when due would mean an additional $23,709.15 bringing the cost of a $40,000.00 car to $58,443.82. I came in to pay cash for a car and because of their avarice and greed they took advantage of a Senior citizen and disabled veteran. Their whole operation is based on deceit and fraud. Their service department is the ones that informed me of the multiple repairs with structural damage on the original cash purchase. In addition they have a unique way of dealing with complaints. They have so many they ignore all of them. If you go to the dealership the completely ignore you until you leave. 140 automobile purchases for myself, friends and family over 60 years and I can’t understand why this criminal dealership continues to sell cars based on FRAUD. 10 months later I am still waiting for a fair resolution with no end in sight. Acura is a quality automobile. DON’T Buy from Falls Church Acura. Any dealership would give a fairer any more honest transaction
Tried to get to the bottom of pricing in looking at a car and they were not upfront in any way. After repeated attempts both on the phone and in email... to get sale price without rebates or incentives, they misled and gave me price with incentives applied without disclosing it. When I said I would like that price and now to apply rebates, suddenly $4,100 from the manufacturer had vanished. When I asked, no clear answer could be given. I then sent my final and best lease offer to which they responded with a quote at full MSRP less rebates on an outgoing 2019 model. Why would I pay full price for a car? These tactics explain why they have so many 2019 models still in stock. Good luck selling them when the lease support ends next month.
Purchased a vehicle there in May. It came with a 3 month warranty, shortly after purchasing the car the check engine light came on. I live 3 hours away... from the dealership and the car would not be safe to make it there. I contacted Radley to use my warranty for the repairs and no one will call me back. (I just want to use the warranty to have it repaired near home since the car won't make it to them.) The one time I did get through to someone they told me if i purchased the extended warranty i could do that, but since I didn't screw you. They just want to sell you a vehicle and get your money but are no help after the fact.
Went in looking for a used 2016 TLX, and I ended leasing a 2019 TLX. I received a great deal, and a reasonable offer on my trade-in. Brian, the sales... consultant was never pushy, and let us test drive multiple cars. I had a great experience, and would recommend for anyone to check out Radley.
